During my visit, I was not given the standard option between a 6-inch or a foot-long sandwich, which I normally expect and receive at Subway. The employee began preparing a 6-inch sandwich without asking, and when I politely mentioned that I wanted a foot-long instead, she appeared visibly irritated with me—even though the miscommunication was not on my part. I don’t believe a customer should be made to feel uncomfortable for something that could have easily been clarified with a quick question.
Additionally, what was most unsettling was the way I was watched throughout my time in the store. The employee repeatedly stared at the chips I had in my hand in a way that made me feel as though she suspected I might steal them. This kind of treatment felt like I was being racially profiled, which was both hurtful and unnecessary—especially considering I always purchase a meal and have never had any issues in the past.
I usually visit this location and am familiar with the two younger employees who are always friendly and professional. However, this particular employee was noticeably older and did not provide the same level of customer service or respect. The overall tone and behavior during this visit were disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.
I truly hope this message is received in the spirit of improvement. I’ve always enjoyed Subway and would like to continue doing so without feeling judged or uncomfortable. Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter.

This location has always been a good place to get a sandwich for when you’re hungry. The location is also great for the view of the lake, which I appreciate a lot! The only bad thing is the amount of rowdy kids there are here in the area. Especially near South Lakes High School.

I'm not sure what's happening with Subway lately, but the customer service has been declining, and this location is no exception.
Positives: The store is a bit bigger, brighter, and cleaner than some of the other Subways in the area. However, it doesn't make up for the overall drop in standards.

We walk in and the girl was wiping the customer side of the counter. SHE RUDELY ASSUMED I didnt speak spanish. She said in spanish how she just cleaning and we were going to put hand prints on it again!! When i spoke to them in spanish saying i understood them they just laughed. SO YES i put hand prints on it and the door walking out and left. Their behavior is unacceptable talking about customers IN FRONT of customers. My actions may not have been great. But in this day and age customer service is in the toilet. You lost long standing customers who actually work next to you in the UPS store next to you.

The worst laziest subway anywhere. The staff should all be fired they close everything down two hours before shift ends and can't do an online order properly if their lives depended on it.

The Hispanic lady that work there is extremely rude. I didn't know that the sub I ordered was not toasted so I ask them to toast it for me. And this lady was really upset, she act like I hurt her in a way. Outrageous, I'm not coming back to this place because the service is horrible. No wonder the store is always

We stood there for 10 minutes and they did not get to us. There was three people working, and they were all making online orders and not getting to us at all. Do not go here if you’re in a rush or order online.

The food was delicious, as usual for Subway, in my experience. The store atmosphere was quiet and cool on a sizzling 90+ degrees day. The service was alright, but unimpressive and without a smile. Maybe the Sandwich Artist (yes, that's what they're called) just had a bad day; who knows? I like the store's great location in South Lakes Shopping Center, nearby so many other shops, along South Lakes Dr. and sandwhiched between Sunrise Valley Dr. and Lawyers Rd.
Parking: There is a large parking lot available that's shared among multiple businesses, but which always has several open spaces available.

The meat in the sub was foul.
Don't pay with a card people they tip themselves, plus their food isn't fresh and taste good.
I got a # 12 with chips and a drink and it was $17.47. Now that's a 12 inch sub with chips and a Seagram's ginger ale. The atmosphere and the service were fine but this is a business that I can no longer support until the price and the quality are better.

They tipped themselves. Never coming again. I only noticed after after we left.
