we arrived 20 minutes before closing. typically this wouldn’t be an issue as the fro yo is self serve and takes 5 minutes 10 max to finish payment. we drove 20 minutes to this place just to have the place “closed” when we got there even though it was before official closing time and there was a family there with their frozen yogurts. we were very disappointed. if you had a policy where you closed twenty minutes or so prior why not just change your timings or write a notice somewhere? very disappointed

smelled really bad inside near the ice cream (like poop), saw a roach in the bathroom, and just felt grimy. I won't bring my kids back.

Insane prices for small cups

It’s sad to see what things have come to now of days. Quality of items are getting worse but prices are increasing. Can someone explain to me how it was 32$ for two ice creams with just a pump of chocolate and a pump of vanilla each that’s insanity didn’t even get any toppings how is this place still in business? The chocolate ice cream literally tasted like plastic didn’t complain because I work customer service and the cashier person does not deserve attitude when he just works there he doesn’t make the prices but corporate really figure it out your ice cream sucks now of days just a sad world we live in now

Everytime we come here it has always been fun and a wonderful experience. The guy working tonight even took time to give our puppy some whipped cream. Thank you so much.

Delicious and clean store

I really want this place to succeed. We stopped going last summer after a particularly rancid strawberry yogurt experience.

Tried it once more. The young man out on the floor was apologizing left and right for the number of broken machines.

The toppings bar was clean and well stocked, but when the frozen yogurt is sub-par, what are you going to put the toppings on?

I got a good deal and the staff are friendly

We took our grandchildren there last night, no small cups, no vanilla, no napkins. Staff was not concerned at all and it was not clean like in the past

I had an amazing experience during my visit! Big shoutout to the guy at the front—his service was top-notch. He recommended the Mint flavor, but after chatting a bit, he suggested I try the Cake Batter, and wow, he couldn’t have picked a better option! It was absolutely delicious. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I got something I’d enjoy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again for the great recommendation and outstanding service!

This place used to be our go to frozen yogurt place. Things have gone down…toppings taste old, yogurt flavor watered down. Never coming back here again.
