I had an amazing experience during my visit! Big shoutout to the guy at the front—his service was top-notch. He recommended the Mint flavor, but after chatting a bit, he suggested I try the Cake Batter, and wow, he couldn’t have picked a better option! It was absolutely delicious. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I got something I’d enjoy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again for the great recommendation and outstanding service!

This place used to be our go to frozen yogurt place. Things have gone down…toppings taste old, yogurt flavor watered down. Never coming back here again.

Omg I love the people that work here, they are so helpful and amazing! I literally wear Invisalign and forgot them at the location and when I went back they helped me find it and stayed extra time. They are just all around so down to earth and kind. I definitely recommend coming here, their service is 10/10.

We are talking about a place that sells food which should have the highest cleaning standards but unfortunately if you look at the picture I took today, you can make your own conclusions about how import this is for the owner. This place has really gone downhill in terms of cleanliness and food quality. If you don't train and manage your staff and set up cleaning routines, your business will suffer. Two people on duty looking at their phones, no customers and the restroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months, the yogurt machines were sticky and dirty, the floors and tables were dirty and the marshmallows were so stale, they crunched! This location is less than a mile from where I live but they lost my business for good. Now I go to the Greenbriar location in Fairfax...because it's clean.
