Place was dirty, seats stained, tables messy. Person working the night of 03/26/2024 kicked all of us out right at 9pm. Spent $20 ten minutes before that and couldn’t even sit there for more than that to finish our food. If you’re looking for bad service employees, come to this location.

Great toppings bar and self serve frozen yogurt. It’s a bit pricey, but so is everything nowadays. The Place is always kept clean and the topping bar is always filled.

I have to agree with the other negative reviews. Half the ice cream flavors and the majority of the toppings were out. The place was dirty. There weren’t any spoons available. On top of that, the manager was loudly watching videos on his phone, dismissive, and rude when trying to pay. Won’t be coming here again until there are new employees.

Most frozen yogurt machines are out of order. Low variety. Toppings were melted or sticking together, and did not look clean or well kept.

This sweet frog has a lot of sentimental value to us. This is where my husband and I went on our first date 9 years ago. We bring our children here weekly. The froyo is delicious. The actual store is filthy the bathroom is filthy. The sprinkles bottle is filthy. The floors filthy the tables all wobble every time I'm in there I'm literally grossed out. This message is for the owner to hire a professional cleaning company to come in there and clean the whole thing. If I had not had my first date there and had the chocolate froyo not be so delicious and my children begged to go here regularly I would never go here. But like I said, the froyo is delicious and this place is special to our family. And we go on the anniversary of our first date too. But public service announcement to the owner hire a deep cleaning company ASAP. And train your staff to adequately clean the sprinkles, jars and all the above. One day my daughter picked up the sprinkles jar and licked it and stuck her tongue in it and I handed it to the worker and I said please take this to the back and scrub it. My daughter put her tongue in it and the next day it did not look like he'd cleaned it at all. I think he waited for us to leave and put it right back.

We brought our kids to this location in June and I was shocked at how dirty it was. The toppings were a mess, mixed together and some had hardly anything in their container. The ice cream was overflowing from treys. There was maybe 3 flavors to choose from and only two of them worked.The employee had ear buds in. The tables, chairs even the walls were dirty. It was gross. Definitely won’t be back ever.

This past Monday July 3rd we recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Sweet Frog at North Point, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. While my family has been loyal customers for years and enjoyed good service in the past, our visit this past Monday was nothing short of a nightmare.Excitedly walking in with my 2-year-old, 6-year-old, and 15-year-old daughter, we were met with hostility from a store clerk who yelled at us to leave the premises. This unwarranted behavior left us bewildered, as there were several customers sitting inside, giving no indication that the store was closed or unavailable for service. The treatment we received was not only disrespectful but also deeply unprofessional.Feeling disrespected and with my children who were had barely stepped in the store feeling confused, we promptly left the store and took our business elsewhere. We chose to go to Baskin-Robbins down the street instead, where we experienced superior customer service and were treated with the respect we deserve as paying customers.Considering this regrettable incident, I cannot recommend the Sweet Frog at North Point to others at this time. It's disheartening to have such a negative encounter after being loyal patrons for years. Until the store addresses its customer service issues and ensures a welcoming environment, it's best to avoid this particular location.Based on our positive experience at Baskin-Robbins and the superior customer service we received there, I would suggest exploring that option instead. In the meantime, I hope Sweet Frog addresses these concerns and strives to provide a better experience for all its customers.

I used to visit this location at least once a week. For years, it was clean, friendly and reliable. My most recent visits have been very disappointing. Despite a posted opening time of 12 noon, no one was there at 12:20 so I gave up and left a message. Several days later I got a phone call in response, telling me that someone's car wouldn't start. Today I gave them another chance and found that several of the machines were apparently broken and that the place was a bit of a mess. Sad. I think from now on I'll go to the Sterling location. (Ironically, when I got the "car wouldn't start" call I was parked just outside the Sterling store and was enjoying fro-yo I'd bought THERE.)

This review is about cleanliness. This location is very dirty, floors and chairs are black, walls and doors are dirty. The womens bathroom was out of order. We used the mens bathroom and the only toilet paper was on the dirty floor. Sink walls everything is so dirty. This place needs a deep and regular cleaning not just wiping table surfaces and sweeping floors.We won’t be back.

Great place, but wish the hours were more kid-friendly. Caught myself multiple times trying to go in at around 11 am, but they don't open until noon.

When I walked to the door of the shop all I could see was fingerprints. And the door was not clean at all. Along with a lot of flavors not even being there and a mess of frozen yoghurt on the tray underneath the ice cream machine. Then, at the toppings there was a mess of them all over the counters and some toppings were all out of stock. The employees were dismissive and even had earbuds in while ringing us up. This is the worst sweet frog I’ve ever been to and would never run a store that way.
