Came in around 8pm to pick up my order and there was a lady ahead of me that the cashier was attending to. The lady at the cashier was very attentive to the lady and of course offered her a bag for her food.
After she was done with her I told her I had an online order and she basically just gave it to me without a bag. I had to ask for a bag. And funny enough there was another mobile order on the table behind her in a bag so why wasn’t mine bagged? Strange

I should’ve reviewed this location long ago, but the short and sweet of it is this location is always clean, the staff is very friendly and gives good portions, and the food always tastes amazing and as fresh as it possibly could. I love sweetgreen for a healthy and tasty meal and this is the location I always come back to.

Ordered online and had delivery. The Harvest Bowl had 6 ingredients missing out of 13, including all extra toppings I ordered. It was nearly just a bowl of dry kale and chicken.

I order shroomami and the person who made it. He seemed he was new there. However, there are list provided to them I believe. As he started to make my order he added sweet potato and I had to ask him to remove it. He did not add anything item that actually comes with the shroomami order. He added bunch of spinach and mushroom and some dressing that had very high salt. As he was making it. I opened my phone to see if I had the app. Even before I can check for the app on my phone. There was an other person at the register and he ringed my order. I paid thinking the food was made as expected. This is a pick up order after reaching home. There was no point for me to drive back to Reston from Sterling. I love sweetgreen and it’s my always go to place. I hate when someone does this type of mess with a food that is specifically a pick and you drive 20min to pick and drive back 20min to head back home to open a salty as salad.

I eat here at least weekly, and at times 3-4 times a week, as I work in one of the buildings on the plaza. I never review places publicly, but just looked up their number to call in an order and saw some recent negative reviews and thought I should weigh in. In probably 100+ meals there over the last 2 years. I have not had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, the avocados in particular are good year round. The beef (for the chimichurri) is always tender. And the service? Friendly, fast, always with a smile. Prices are also reasonable considering that this is in Reston, on a busy plaza, and with quality produce and meat. I have spent much more in other cities for fast casual food.
