I should’ve reviewed this location long ago, but the short and sweet of it is this location is always clean, the staff is very friendly and gives good portions, and the food always tastes amazing and as fresh as it possibly could. I love sweetgreen for a healthy and tasty meal and this is the location I always come back to.

Ordered online and had delivery. The Harvest Bowl had 6 ingredients missing out of 13, including all extra toppings I ordered. It was nearly just a bowl of dry kale and chicken.

I order shroomami and the person who made it. He seemed he was new there. However, there are list provided to them I believe. As he started to make my order he added sweet potato and I had to ask him to remove it. He did not add anything item that actually comes with the shroomami order. He added bunch of spinach and mushroom and some dressing that had very high salt. As he was making it. I opened my phone to see if I had the app. Even before I can check for the app on my phone. There was an other person at the register and he ringed my order. I paid thinking the food was made as expected. This is a pick up order after reaching home. There was no point for me to drive back to Reston from Sterling. I love sweetgreen and it’s my always go to place. I hate when someone does this type of mess with a food that is specifically a pick and you drive 20min to pick and drive back 20min to head back home to open a salty as salad.

I eat here at least weekly, and at times 3-4 times a week, as I work in one of the buildings on the plaza. I never review places publicly, but just looked up their number to call in an order and saw some recent negative reviews and thought I should weigh in. In probably 100+ meals there over the last 2 years. I have not had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, the avocados in particular are good year round. The beef (for the chimichurri) is always tender. And the service? Friendly, fast, always with a smile. Prices are also reasonable considering that this is in Reston, on a busy plaza, and with quality produce and meat. I have spent much more in other cities for fast casual food.

Customer service is horrible here. Especially the people behind the pickup counter. More than once, I have encountered a rude individual there who is angry all the time. Whoever owns this place needs to teach these employees customer service or you won't be open a year from now. Workers are not well trained either - I have ordered multiple times and 50% of the time they get the order wrong, don't mix the salad or just display a lack of work ethic and utter laziness. The last time was even worse than all other times. I mentioned their miss to an employee and he basically ignored me.

Done with this place! I eat here regularly for lunch, but will not be coming back. Today my $18 meal was barely edible, every time I went to take a bite it was not good bc the rice was so hard! the rice wasn’t cooked fully — all of it is crunchy and very hard!!!!!! And I paid $18 for this smh.
I’ve had this issue before with this place not fully cooking the rice, but had since then given them a second chance … but since then I’ve also had undercooked, pretty hard sweet potatoes to bite into ..and lately I’ve noticed they started giving smaller portions … this place is going downhill. Today was the worst and cherry on top though … they might of well just dumped the bag of rice they have right into my bowl rather than their cooker…because that’s what I tasted like! YUCK! There are better options in Reston town center

The meal was delicious and healthy. I ordered a harvest bowl. The portion was a good size and I was able to substitute my goat cheese for peaches.

I went to this place for the first time and I can promise that I am never going back. Not sure what they teach their employees or how they train them, but I experienced the worst customer service anywhere in Reston area. I was served by this South Asian looking employee, name starting with G. He had terrible attitude, was extremely impatient, and he was loading my food on the bowl as if he was throwing garbage. As I was paying for the food, another employee came from the back, grabbed chicken or tofu from the line and started chewing. It was terrible!!
Food wasn’t good also. I’m never going back to this or any other sweet green.
Good healthy food at reasonable prices. They use local farmers and sustainable practices. Highly recommended!

This place has terrible staff. I arrived half an hour early because they wouldn't serve me last time. Today they looked angry because they were about to close. I ate outside, and the cleaning guy kept insisting I leave so he could clean. It seemed like they were desperate to leave. I don't recommend coming at night. They're not friendly.

My husband has been getting carry out from here once a week for at least a year. Lately they forget something every single time. Not to mention quality is going downhill. It’s not rocket science people! How am I supposed to eat salad without dressing???
