I never write reviews but I have been an avid SG lover & customer for 11 years & have frequented this location but today really missed the mark with my UberEats order. Really disappointed with the quality & quantity. I always order quite a few premium extras; roasted chicken, shaved parm which are not cheap add ons. The salad barely reached the half way mark inside the container & had maybe 5 dry hard little pieces of chicken & barely half of scoop of the shaved parm. All around for almost $18 it's just totally not worth it. Not sure what happened & really sad to see this major drop in the business- just expect more for the price point.

Ordered 2 salads for my wife for personal pick up. They got 1 right and 1 wrong. When we called for them to make it right you could not connect with a human only “text hell”. Text said we ordered thru Uber Eats not them. You can’t connect with a human! Why would I order thru Uber Eats when I’m picking it up!! Horrible service for a $20 salad! Will not return.

Smelled funny when we walked in. I had never been to this store and I mentioned that. Nothing was explained or communicated. I felt like there was some attitude. $23 dollars later, I have a salad. They never explained that cheese, chicken and avocado were extra. Beware. Food is average but I would not recommend.

This is the closest SweetGreens to me (40 min drive), which I still go out of my way for at least once a week to consume the delicious healthy greens. I custom make, have also brought my folks, and we feel full and feels like every cell in our body is happy from the superfoods we consume.

Bought 4 salads yesterday and was so disappointed. I've been a regular at SG and these salads were awful. The server asked if I wanted a squeeze of lime, which is supposed to be standard in the kale caesar. They were mostly greens (few tomatoes and very little parmesan) and I don't think they used the correct dressing. The person making the salads skimped on other ingredients and was really sloppy about the preparation. I won't be back to SG and neither will my guests, who had been regulars.

I was visiting from California and the restaurant at my hotel was closed for several hours between lunch and dinner. I was very hungry after spending nearly 3 hours getting a mani-pedi nearby. Via DoorDash, I ordered the Shroomami bowl and a side order of Hummus + Focaccia. Prices were no higher than similar food in California, so that was nice. The quality is exceptional and appears to be very healthy. The portion of hummus was so large that I had enough left over to eat with pretzels I had on hand from the hotel. Definitely will order again during my next visit to the Virginia/DC area.

I love sweet green but they have been very stingy while increasing the prices. I love their harvest bowl but I’m never feel full. They put so little chicken in the bowl and sometimes I see only two or three pieces of chicken. Chicken is the cheapest protein and price of meat dropped so much from pandemic high. I hope the owner consider becoming a little more generous with their servings.Vegetarian options: Serve more food please.

Got the kale Cobb, it was good but they didn't add egg. Traditionally Cobb salads come with eggs, so maybe they did a different take on it. Salad tasted fresh, and good just under $15 which was high, but these days you can't get anything under $10.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash and after paying extra for the elements of my Create Your Own Salad, I was disappointed to see that my tortilla strips and bread were missing. The avocado was fresh which is not always the case with this branch. I love SweetGreen but I hesitate to return here because of the carelessness that goes into assembling the expensive meals...

Received a quarter of an avocado that has gone bad and black. Another time, gnats flew out as I was mixing my salad. Not too pleased with this particular location. Ordered from here numerous times and meals are always of average taste and quality.

They consistently skimp out on the amount of food in my bowl, especially when ordering online. I got a cob salad with THREE poorly cut cherry tomato HALVES, one whole uncut egg, a whole lime just thrown in there, and half an avocado that wasn’t cut up either. Not to mention a criminally small amount of lettuce for something with “salad” in its name. They clearly have deceitful management practices implemented that take advantage of the fact that I’m ordering online; they provide egregiously smaller than advertised portions, and poorly prepare my food.Maybe focus on making your services better to increase sales and profits, rather than cutting portion sizes and decreasing quality to save money. Also, after delivery fees and all, it ended up costing like $20+ for a less than half-full bowl of a depressing joke for a salad.

I haven't been to sweetgreen as often as often as i 9nce did. They got rid of the white cheddar cheese. I wasn't too happy. But in the DMV area, each location I have been to is pretty consistent. Clean with fresh food. I got the new italian salad, which I
