Beautiful lodging, brand new large screen tv's placed just this week. staff in all areas are tremendously friendly and kind. great place to stay. 5 stars from me. The pool is the best I've ever swam in.

This hotel has ridiculous wait times for guest service, room request and desperately needs updating... Called guest services 3xs for a late checkout but was put on hold every time & not responded answered. From the small bathrooms, poorly lit rooms & outdated decor, this will be my last stay at Sheraton Reston.

Bed is comfy but the housekeeping is lousy.. no water bottles some days, and I have to call to get my water ... it's pretty disappointing though they upgraded me to a suite .. the suite's housekeeping is worse than the normal room.. my next trip - I will be trying out Westin ...

We had room 216 last night and ordered room service for breakfast and it never came this morning. I feel we deserve a refund for our hope of a relaxing time to stay in without rushing out. Extrememly disappointed. We put the order on the door knob by 205am... which the cut off is 2am... when I looked a bit later- the order was gone. So, I was glad I made it on time. Well, was I not the late one after all... they never showed up. I will be calling the right person about it.

Must have the neighbours from hell right now... no consideration for anyone else.... children shouting and screaming and the parents dont seem to be doing much about it... really pisses me off... I will NEVER be booking this place again. There are better places to stay than this and a lot cheaper.
