I am pleasantly surprised - both house salad and main (salmon) with basmati rice were really good! I am not usually impressed by hotel foods since they are expensive and yet often bland, but the meals that I had here were well seasoned and tasted really good.

Beautiful lodging, brand new large screen tv's placed just this week. staff in all areas are tremendously friendly and kind. great place to stay. 5 stars from me. The pool is the best I've ever swam in.

This hotel has ridiculous wait times for guest service, room request and desperately needs updating... Called guest services 3xs for a late checkout but was put on hold every time & not responded answered. From the small bathrooms, poorly lit rooms & outdated decor, this will be my last stay at Sheraton Reston.
Poor servers, waitress missed my order. Food not so good.

Bed is comfy but the housekeeping is lousy.. no water bottles some days, and I have to call to get my water ... it's pretty disappointing though they upgraded me to a suite .. the suite's housekeeping is worse than the normal room.. my next trip - I will be trying out Westin ...
