Amazing customer service! Not only is their food delicious, but they have amazing customer service. I had called in a customization to a Doordash order the morning-of, and Ted's called to alert me later in the afternoon that they never received the order. Thank goodness they were proactive and called me since I wouldn't have known Doordash never submitted the order and I would have had starving team members.
I spoke to the manager at Ted's and submitted my order of 10 entrees verbally to them at 12pm. Our order was ready to go by 12:15pm and our team was happy they didn't have a huge delayed lunch. The food was delicious and the order was all correct too!

The food (breakfast) was so terribly greasy, I could barely eat it. Maybe some people wouldn't notice. But when I eat light, healthy food all the time, this was hard to stomach.

I visited this establishment on a Saturday night with a last-minute reservation and was seated immediately. It was my self and the 3 Littles, and we were given a half booth at a table with high chairs that the Littles chose not to sit in...LOL. Needless to say, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The steak and cheese was most excellent...they cram it full of red peppers, grilled onions, and even tomatoes and a secret sauce with very little oil or grease. It was one of the best steak and cheese sandwiches I've had outside of Philly.
Ive been here a few times, and have always enjoyed it. If you are looking for a reason to go, try their home made pop tarts.

Ted’s is a favorite spot for family and friends, food is always outstanding and they have a large selection of food for a very fair price. Quality control is definitely what defines the restaurants food. It’s usually busy, I would suggest planning ahead if you have a large group of people. Service is usually great, depends on who your server is. We have the pleasure of having Vladimir as our waiter, he was outstanding and very friendly! The of care he provided was very generous and kind. I will visit again!

I ordered food to go during the sip & stroll when they were extremely busy. It seemed in no time at all my drink was ready, and then shortly after my food was up. I had breakfast for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly, and the artisan bread was delicious! I was a little disappointed in my drink. I ordered a margarita but they didn't ask me if I wanted a Frozen margarita. I would have preferred that. I would definitely like to go back to try their other meals and cocktails.
