As a new unexperienced rider, the workers of the Bike Lane were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and not rushed looking for a bike and that made it a great experience. I also felt no pressure to buy a bike or purchase accessories they were only suggesting and would understand I could buy at a later time. I would go back, they were a recommendation to me and i would recommend future cyclists

Tom has been incredibly helpful with taking care of my bike, explaining all the technical lingo in layman's terms, and overall providing quick and exception service.I cannot speak highly enough about the Bike Lane. From their employees, their customer service, their prices, to their quick turn around, plus their little bakery and brewing. Overall 12/10 experience each time I come. The product won't sell itself, service sells the product. Multiple times I have approached various members of your service team and each experience has exceeded my expectations. I am a retail food manager. Sometimes I mystery shop a business buy no need to do that at Reston Bike Lane. I am treated like they care about me and my bike, not just seeing me as a sales opportunity. They have saved me money, given me good direction on how to address issues, and overall treating me like I'm one of the family. Please recognize Tom in service. His job description could be described as Ultegra surgeon. My indexing has shifted smoothly over 2000 miles in all weather conditions, thus motivating me to ride further, faster and stronger. Keep it up!

Stellar customer service, both for bike repair and shopping for a bike for my kid. I love riding but don't know how to maintain a bike. I really appreciated that they didn't talk down to me or upsell me with unnecessary stuff or service. Maintenance was done much sooner than I expected, and the quality is perfect. I'll be going here for all my bike-related business from now on.
