The Bike Lane is an amazing community hub! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to help. The beer selection is fantastic—perfect after a ride or just to relax. Whether you’re a serious cyclist or just love the vibe, The Bike Lane is a must-visit!

Staff and atmosphere here is very friendly and welcoming. Service department is very knowledgeable, professional and timely. As a long time customer, I highly recommend. A few years ago they also started brewing their own beer! Highly recommend the Hellwig and Wardio's IPAs

Best bike shopping experience I’ve ever had. My daughters have grown up in this shop buying bikes as they grow and get better. Every member of the staff is extremely helpful, extremely polite, and extremely knowledgeable. And the second best part is having a beer while you’re there! I cannot say enough about The Bike Lane…10 stars!

Bike Lane is an excellent bike community resource! Their service department is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and quickly identifies and fixes issues. Their pricing is very reasonable and I wish all bike shops were run with this level of professionalism and care.

I initially went into the shop because I was getting interested in cycling, but knew absolutely nothing about how to get into it. The employees and owner were unbelievably warm and welcoming and answered any and all questions I thought of. There was no pressure to buy or upgrade, and when I was ready to buy my first bike I felt confident I was getting exactly what I needed. Everyone that works there just seems to be interested in spreading cycling knowledge and sharing their experiences. They’re all very much enthusiasts first and sales people second from my experience.

In addition to being a nice bike shop, there’s a nice little cafe and some beers on tap. It’s a great place to hang out with a great vibe.

Highly recommend checking The Bike Lane out if you’re in Reston. They’ve made me a customer for life.

I wiped out on a nearby trail and misaligned my handlebar. I walked my bike here and was promptly assisted. Other than a great service shop, this is a great place for a quick pitstop. Restrooms, food, drinks, and a cold water dispenser are available.
