Sandwiches way over-priced. Bought a chicken salad sand and a ham sandwich this past week. Each were $10 and they were just on small croissants. Add $4 for a small bag of chips and a drink to go with each sand and with tax just under $30 for the 2 meals. Couple days later went to Sprouts in Herndon and got freshly made sandwiches for half the price and with more meat so goodbye HBH.

Disappointing bordering on awfulWay over priced. The ham was sliced way to thin and tasted nothing like the honey baked ham of the past. The turkey slices, again sliced very thin. The baked apples were small. All tasted poorly. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Honey baked ham is a secret gem. People forget they serve everything from full meals to amazing sandwiches. And they offer order online and pick up in store. So you can be in out and quick. This location was really quick and super clean. If you are looking for a side dish and cant decide. Try the Mac and cheese it is really good.

Ordered catering here for our company holiday lunch and it was fantastic. Our company has a strict budget that I had to stick to but luckily we had Keun to assist with ordering enough for everyone! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Don’t pay online! In fact, don’t do business with this store at all! We prepaid $91.18 online for our Christmas ham and 1 box of cinnamon apples. When I got it home, the label on the ham said $68.74, and I personally saw the clerk scan the cinnamon apples for $9.99. So I guess we just DONATED $7.72 to the store. What a rip off!As a side note, I had called the morning of my pick up to ask if they were doing curbside and they said no. There were about 40 people in their tiny store when I arrived, standing in lines like an amusement park. I never imagined attending a super spreader event to pick up a ham. Never again!

Paid 75 dollars to have every item but the ham be wrong.Beyond comprehension that you could somehow mix up prepackaged items on this level but ruined the meal due to dietary restrictions.Will definitely be going elsewhere in the future.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of follow through and customer service from this location. I ordered on Doordash today for this location as I had them the day before in Woodbridge. I was extremely excited as I love their sandwiches. I ordered and called the store to ensure they knew I did NOT want tomatoes or mustard. In addition, they claimed they didn't have a snickerdoodle cookie (but offered chocolate chip). When I received my order I had mustard with no mayo. I called (several times) and finally got someone - I explained the situation and she says "oh sorry." I stated I would reorder and ask they please make this correct as I now need to pay an additional delivery fee. She replies with a sarcastic remark "I will be sure to make your sandwich perfectly to perfection just for you." How rude?! I asked for a manager.... SHE WAS THE MANAGER ! I asked when another manGer would be in. she said tomorrow but quickly was so polite saying she was so sorry this happened and they'd remake it immediately in preparation for my order. I receive the second order... no mustard and no mayo. I tried to call NO ANSWER. Shocker. But I got 2 cookies - the snickerdoodle they claimed they didn't have today. Hmm interesting. To say the least I'll be contacting Tim, the other manager, tomorrow. work order here again.
