We come here all the time because of the great experience. However the last time I went topped all experiences. Camden (I believe that’s how his name is spelt) was our server (again) and he and the staff took exceptional care of us. This time was special because they set up a perfect engagement for my girlfriend (now fiancé) and I. They set up flowers and roses, gave exceptional food service, and then gave us complimentary cheesecake and champagne to celebrate the occasion. They go above and beyond, and they made a special night for my fiancé and I a seamless experience. When you go to the Melting Pot, ask for Camden! Thank you to the entire team for making our Engagement so special! You’ll have a loyal customer for life!

We had a nice birthday dinner for my wife with our son, daughter in law, and three grandchildren. The food was delicious, and the service provided by Tabb our server was outstanding. He is a true professional. The manager stopped by to make sure everything was fine which was appreciated. Highly recommend The Melting Pot of Reston.

The staff from the front to the back and the management were all so friendly and caring. They made the experience that much more enjoyable. The food was all great and you definitely leave stuffed. Thank you for making our 10 anniversary so special. Definitely will be back again.

Edith was fantastic!!! We had an amazing night for my birthday dinner. They were super accommodating with our table to make sure we had enough room for my husband's service dog. The wine, food and service were everything we wanted!

Our server was so polite and engaged just the right amount. She checked on us and kept the meal flowing. Food was excellent as always and would 10/10 recommend!

We went to dinner for my daughter's birthday. Food is always on point. Our waiter, Matthew M, was very attentive, polite, and surprised my daughter with Happy Birthday plate during the dessert course. It was a nice gesture and extra touch. The Reston location never disappoints with service, atmosphere and food. Matthew made the experience even better with his thoughtfulness and great personality.

We have always enjoyed The Melting Pot and have gone there for many occasions. We have since moved out of the area and finally got back there again for my birthday. I'm sad that we don't have one closer to our new location. I absolutely LOVE The Melting Pot!!

Our server was fantastic. Manager checked in. Everything tasted so good and everything came out timely. We've been many times and will continue in the future!

The food was really good, and the servers always have great recommendations as well and make it easy. Everyone is so nice with getting more sauces or chips, etc. The only thing we didn't like was there was so much space around, and they kept putting tables right next to us early on and it was a bit loud. We even came a bit earlier so we could have it a bit quieter.

The food was absolutely delicious and everything was perfect, but what really made the whole dining experience outstanding was the service! Tab and Tatiana were not only on top of everything-from drink refills to extra dippers-but they also brought a really fun energy to the table that made the entire meal even more enjoyable! We definitely will be planning to return again soon!

My wife and I decided to have an early wedding anniversary at the Melting Pot in Reston and we can't say enough about the wonderful food and even more wonderful staff. Serena was our server and she was gracious and attentive throughout our meal. We were well taken care of and the food was amazing. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visit the Melting Pot every year. The menu is easy, food delicious, and the wait staff was fantastic. Victoria was friendly, knowledgeable, and had impeccable timing. Every year the manager stops by to make sure everything is ok and it's those types of details that make us return each time.

Presentation of food was unappetizing. The table was uncomfortable and service extremely slow. We left the restaurant feeling gross. A number of hot pot / shabu shabu places nearby are a better choice.
