Maxwell was an excellent server for our Christmas Eve dinner! My family and I have been coming here for over 20+ years and it’s a great experience every time! Some favorite are, the alpine cheese fond lie and the peppermint hot chocolate fondue! Bartenders were on point as well with amazing cocktails! 10/10 will be back for any special celebration!

Dietary restrictions: They are very good about have GF options!

My fiancé and I are both vegan and I am gluten free as well. I was so excited to find that The Melting Pot had a vegan menu and clearly stated everything could be accommodated as gluten free. When we arrived we were asked our dietary restrictions which we told them vegan and gluten free. We then were not given a vegan menu. The waiter came over very quickly asking as our order and we felt rushed so we ordered from memory online stating we wanted the four course vegan meals and to made the changes for it to all be gluten free. The waiter seemed to understand the request and repeated it back to us. The vegan cheese was great and the first course went well. We were then brought our house salads with a creamy mustard sauce that, since we order the vegan 4 course meals, we assumed was vegan and ate. We then got our entrees and were given a tray of sauces all of which had dairy, eggs, fish, gluten and/or milk. That prompted us to then look at the allergen menu online and the dressing we were given for our salads had egg in it, which of course is not vegan. We ate our entrees just without the sauce. We then were brought desert and received the gluten free dippers with vegan chocolate. All of the gluten free deserts have milk and egg in them so those are not vegan. We then told the waiter and they brought over a little bowl of fruit and the check. At that point we didn’t want to ask for anything else so left the majority of the chocolate to go to waste. Our bill was then $20 higher than the online listed price which we disputed and they honored. We are so glad to see a chain restaurant having dietary restriction menus but feel if you are going to offer these then the customer should be able to trust that they aren’t going to be served foods they do not eat and the employees need to be trained on these menus. It’s a shame because I don’t think we would feel comfortable going back despite the cheese and chocolate actually both being very good and it being otherwise a fun experience.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan menu but were served products with dairy, fish and eggs

Wonderful staff. My kid left something behind after our meal and the staff were extremely patient and helpful in locating it.

Edited to add- the regional manager reached out to me a few days later and pledged to make this right and apologized. Could not be more kind. So while the night was ruined. They made it right.

Ask yourself this. If the point of the melting pot is to cook your own food and enjoy the experience, why does it take 3.5hours? It shouldn’t. And if it does, it’s because this place has no idea how to staff a restaurant. If you want to spend 3 hours for probably the slowest and worst possible quality of food that you yourself will have to cook with the worst possible utensils and cooking mechanisms, then by god- this place is for you.
40 minutes before one morsel of food was in front of us. A confusing menu, a lack of attention by our wait staff, and a $400 tab for 5 people (no alcohol) and you have the recipe for a place we will NEVER return to again.
Good luck!

Fun evening out for 3 of us, but it came with a hefty price tag. Was great for a special occasion but not a place I would visit very often with how expensive it is.

We went for family date night, and by the dessert course, my daughter started calling her new stepmom "mom" which I entirely attribute to the excellent experience. She also enjoyed making her own chicken strips.

First I would like to say this was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. For the bill being $250 dollars (3 people)I expected more than this. First, outdated seats and tables for it being a “high class experience” for our appetizer, for 35 dollars, we got served a cheese bowl with roughly 12 pieces of raw veggies. How great! Cheese was good. Caesar salad was rather fishy, usually only a hint in the back, it was overwhelming. Entree was ~30 per person, with the meat in resemblance to some chewy substance, I have had cheaper meat that was better than this. Maybe they thought drowning it in whatever marinate was gonna distract how chewy and inedible the steak was. Sauces were rather a mess instead of complimenting the meat. This was the worst place I have ever been to in a while. drinks were good. Server was friendly and nice:)

Oh the pecans in this zip code. I can find like no other. The cheese dripping down the double boiler pot allowed for a rush of sense, smell and soon to be taste. Facilities swiped clean and meticulously joined together with a touch of elegance. Each server has begun to always check on my clan and favor all our accommodations. Such kind lovers of dairy, I shall arrive promptly and share thy gift.

You go for the experience. The food is pretty good. Service was good. I went for happy hour, and I wasn't happy that the hostess told my girlfriend that the price was the same no matter where we sat since I was running late. The server told us that happy hour pricing only applies at the bar. Luckily, he was able to get us the happy hour cheese fondue price, which was good.

We had a great double date at The Melting Pot! Great atmosphere that was quiet and quaint. Lots of seating available, but they've done a nice job designing it so it doesn't look like a giant room. All of the food was great and the options were really great. Took us about 3 hours to eat which was what we were looking for to have a nice long chat with friends. My only recommendation would be to have better ventilation. It got a little smokey during the main course.
