Everything was excellent.

My daughter brought me here for Mother’s Day, and we had an amazing time! Harrison was so sweet and attentive, and the overall staff was super friendly!

My family has been coming to the Melting Pot for 15 years and our service from Tabb was the best we have ever had. He was friendly and attentive while not seeming overbearing. Please sure he receives recognition of some sort for his excellent service.

Went to The Melting Pot for a friend's birthday. I haven't been to this chain in years, but the product is still good and the service was very attentive, even for a fairly large party. The cheese fondue offers three types of melted cheese with bread, chips and veggies as basically an appetizer. Then we moved on to broth based fondue and a grill for meats and more vegetables and lastly chocolate fondue with an array of cakes, brownies, rice crispy treats, and fruit for dessert. I also tried a Virginia based wine, which ended up being one of the best wines I have tried in Virginia and am now planning to visit their vineyard; so thanks for that lucky opportunity. :-) several of the other members in our party ordered cocktails and I heard a few mention they were very sweet; so I'm glad I stuck with wine. Overall, the experience was on par with what you would expect from a national brand name restaurant. I'd say the staff made the experience better. If you like fondue, this is a good option and probably one of your only options unless you count hot pot restaurants as being similar enough. They do offer personal fondue pot service at their booth tables, which I would prefer over the large party setup we had. Their menu also has a variety of options for cheese, broth/oil and chocolate fondue. Thank you for a decent meal and great service.

Perfect place for dinner with a friend! Marc Anthony did a great job walking us through the menu and made some excellent recommendations for our cheese fondue. He also recommended which cooking method would work best with our protein selection. The entire meal was absolutely delicious and it was a great value for the food/experience combination!

My first time here was Sunday and I will definitely be back! Our server Marc Anthony made the whole experience! My partner surprised me with this restrauant for our weekend date. It is about an hour from where we live, and definitely worth the drive.

Had an amazing experience at The Melting Pot! Our waiter, Amir, was absolutely fantastic. Despite having a large party and multiple smaller tables to attend to, he remained highly attentive and made sure our experience was top-notch. The food was incredible, and we can’t wait to come back for more!

The only downside was the floors — they were incredibly slippery, especially near the kitchen area which is right next to the bathrooms. I slipped a few times, and if it weren’t for my fiancé catching me, I could have seriously hurt myself. I saw other guests slip as well, which is definitely something that needs attention.

Despite this, it was still a great visit, and I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks to Amir and the team for making it a memorable night!

We came in for the Valentines Day Special and it did not disappoint! Marc Anthony was a wonderful server! He was attentive and kind, we will be back again. From the greeting at the door to paying the check, it was a wonderful time. Thank you

Came in early January and I remembered how bad our experience was, so I decided to review. Is the manager always so passive aggressive? I forgot his name but he was black. Loved my server, though I wish they weren’t working under that kind of manager. The meat is mediocre considering the price but the salad and dessert were nice. Definitely should’ve went to Bourbon Boulevard instead.

Great place to enjoy a date night! Our server was a little slow in checking on us but it was a busy night.
