The only thing I could say that was good about my experience was the food. Service was horrific. The lady who took my order seemed like it was a bother. After taking my order, she just walked away. Came back with my food and never said a word, no have a nice day or thank you for coming in. Had to ask for my chips as well at the end. Will not be returning to this location.

Everything but the food was chill. If you want warmth, you have to show it. I normally don't greet ppl when I visit restaurants since it's a job no matter how you flip it. I'm there to order and thats that. The establishment is well designed and clean.

I came here because I donated to the Reston/Herndon baseball team fundraiser and it offered multiple coupons. I've been to Jamba juice and smoothie kings and wanted to see how it compared since when I was in Oregon the closest one was a distances away. Let's just say I'm utterly disappointed by the smoothie - I think I got peanut paradise and all you can taste is sugar. I even wanted to finish it cuz well, I paid for it but it wasn't worth it. People you're better off buying a blender and making your own smoothies because this place at least is utter trash food quality wise. I had to throw out my drink. Thankful I got a discount but it is what it is. Now I have to figure out what to do with the remaining coupons. Maybe it was there plan - offer poor service so the patron doesn't use all the coupons...yikes.

The meal was satisfactory, however, the staff's demeanor lacked warmth and professionalism; greetings and expressions of gratitude were absent. Furthermore, the unavailability of both restrooms is unacceptable. What establishment operates without restroom facilities?

Do not eat at the facility If you care about your house. They are using expired products

They gave the door dash the wrong order I called up there to see if I could come get my correct order and they hung up on me worst customer service ever at this location!!!

Rude service, curt answer to questions. Dead look in staff eyes, very off putting.. Won’t be back, the experience made me not want any of their smoothies tbh /:

The employees at this place lie. On 12/13/24 I wanted to use the bathroom. They said it was looked and they don’t have and, and in fact never had a key. However, when I was at this same location 4 days earlier on 12/9/24 the employees provided me a key to the bathroom. When I told them this they said that’s not true and accused me of lying. Just on that principle I will never go to this place again…just don’t lie to me.

I bought a smoothie, as I took my nieces and nephews to Crumbl (next door) and sat in TS. Asked for napkins and the employee gave us an attitude saying that we needed to purchase something in order to get napkins when we had already done so. TERRIBLE!

I ordered online and stopped by this location to pick up my order, but I was disappointed with the portion sizes they were quite stingy. Additionally, the ingredients in my smoothie weren't blended well. Overall, I would recommend trying a different location if you enjoy the classic Tropical Smoothie Cafe experience.

My second go to location for smoothies when I am in Reston. Located in a Plaza I order ahead and my smoothie is always ready when I arrive. Nice hat bathrooms are back open. Seats outside when its not too hot.

Smoothie was good, but the service was very good. Indian guy, I think his name is vanshi was very professional and friendly. I would love to come back to this place.

Was pretty shocked to find the smoothie and smoothie bowl unrefrigerated when I arrived and it was at room temp. Asked if it was out the whole time and the cashier annoying looked up from their phone and said yes. Due to traffic I arrived 20 mins later than the order and was surprised it wasn’t refrigerated since every other location does that. I like the chain but will stick to the Centreville location from now on because I prefer to eat food that won’t make me sick.
