Tropical Smoothie Cafe VA 98

Please please manager make this right when I can get in contact with you. I order almost every day if not every other. Same items. I am recently disabled and cannot drive or cook for myself yet. My stomach is difficult but tropical smoothie has always been my go to when I’m struggling. Anyway. I ordered today and it was a fiasco! I ordered on the tropical smoothie online web site directly. I kept getting msgs that said my my order was coming then canceled so I called to get answers. I was hung up on several times, my questions were not answered, they kept telling me I needed to come get it (which obviously I cannot and I explained this). I answered the questions of how I ordered at least 6 times and why I can’t come get it. They kept saying it wasn’t thier problem call DoorDash (which I did not order through them) Then they said they remade it but wouldn’t tell me if they were sending it. They simply would not communicate with me and hung up on me 9 times.. I have the call records for proof. Lastly the lady would not give me her name, I asked 10 times and told her the reason was to make sure I could speak to the same person if my order did not come or if there was a problem. She kept ignoring me and hanging up on me. I recorded the last two phone calls for proof. I eventually got a delivery an hour and a half later and it was not even what I ordered! Now I have no food and the limited amount of money I receive right now gone. I’m also scared to make another order and have them purposely mess my order up or spit in it. I’m already struggling so much in every part of my life to get better and I know it sounds ridiculous but having food that I can eat and tastes good is the happiest thing I have going on right now.

Please help me, give me my money back. The lady wouldn’t do it for me (even though she offered it the first time I called instead of answering what was going on with my order) or anything else I asked. I can show you the call records and the recorded calls.

Unfortunately I cannot put the recordings on this review but I will post it somewhere else if this is not corrected. I would like to put my review back to a (5 star) I will also contact corporate and anyone else I have to. What happened today was just terrible.

We frequent this place due to location. However customer service is subpar. When the food I ordered for the pick up was not there, I showed them the order on the phone. The lady at the counter told me may be someone else took my order and that it was not her problem..in the end, after argument, she prepared the food. Waste of everyone’s time. Lastly there is a sign on the bathroom saying it’s out of order, the signs been on there for the last 6 months. I suspect they don’t want to clean the bathroom and put the sign up. Food and smoothie quality is fine service is not.

The 3 ladies there on Saturday evening were amazing. I was trying to get my birthday freebie and the login wasn’t working and she was able to find the coupon on her end and help me out

The only thing I could say that was good about my experience was the food. Service was horrific. The lady who took my order seemed like it was a bother. After taking my order, she just walked away. Came back with my food and never said a word, no have a nice day or thank you for coming in. Had to ask for my chips as well at the end. Will not be returning to this location.

Everything but the food was chill. If you want warmth, you have to show it. I normally don't greet ppl when I visit restaurants since it's a job no matter how you flip it. I'm there to order and thats that. The establishment is well designed and clean.

I came here because I donated to the Reston/Herndon baseball team fundraiser and it offered multiple coupons. I've been to Jamba juice and smoothie kings and wanted to see how it compared since when I was in Oregon the closest one was a distances away. Let's just say I'm utterly disappointed by the smoothie - I think I got peanut paradise and all you can taste is sugar. I even wanted to finish it cuz well, I paid for it but it wasn't worth it. People you're better off buying a blender and making your own smoothies because this place at least is utter trash food quality wise. I had to throw out my drink. Thankful I got a discount but it is what it is. Now I have to figure out what to do with the remaining coupons. Maybe it was there plan - offer poor service so the patron doesn't use all the coupons...yikes.

The meal was satisfactory, however, the staff's demeanor lacked warmth and professionalism; greetings and expressions of gratitude were absent. Furthermore, the unavailability of both restrooms is unacceptable. What establishment operates without restroom facilities?

Do not eat at the facility If you care about your house. They are using expired products

They gave the door dash the wrong order I called up there to see if I could come get my correct order and they hung up on me worst customer service ever at this location!!!
