Our favorite place for brunch at RTC! Food and service are great, and they have excellent coffee. Hubby says they need to carry regular tonic water, preferably Fever Tree, instead of Fever Tree Mediterranean being the only option which is definitely a sweeter tonic, but they have a good cava and fresh juice too so I still give them 5 stars.

Recently came here with my family, we had the ancients grains bowl, the margherita pizza, and the og burger and we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was nice and couldn't have had a better service from our server, John. Would recommend!

Work team lunch was casual and it was good that we were easygoing because the service was a disaster. First a colleague was served a pineapple beverage that our server assured us was lemon-lime ... despite other drinks garnished with lemon and lime slices. Colleague is allergic to pineapple, so that was an issue. It took four tries to get our bill correct -- we were charged for 8 drinks when we had 4, double-charged for an entree, then CC processed for a completely wrong total (think a $30 charge instead of $180). Finally got it right... and they call me later that day because they can't find the receipt. The amount charged on my card never did match up to my receipt, but I give up. On a positive note, the food was well done and the menu is full of strong choices. From a front-of-house aspect, it needs work.

Idk whoever made the menu here but I think they just added all the worst pairups of food you can put into a dish and then decide to charge you an arm and a leg. My food was disgusting and looked like someone snot in my food and then I had to sell my kidney in order to pay for my disgusting meal. Please spend your money at a place that actually has a good menu and is affordable. Good service tho, very nice employees.

I'm not one to complain, especially about TFK which is typically one of our favorite places. Quality control at this location has plummeted. I ordered the chicken sausage pizza, which I've really enjoyed in the past. What was brought to the table should not have been served. The size was only about 65% of what it normally is, barely had any chicken or sausage on it, and was overbaked such that the crusts were inedible. My guess is they ran out of dough and ingredients and just used whatever was left. I was with company and on best behavior, otherwise I would've sent it back or asked them to take it off the bill.

Food was lack luster, cold, and made incorrectly according to their own menu. My colleague and I have traveled across the United States for work over the last 4 years and we were genuinely excited to have found a place we liked when we were in LA last year. Since then, we have visited true food kitchens in California, Arizona, and Virginia. California is by far a diamond in the rough. The menu is meant to be seasonal and hasn’t been changed since the first time we visited in November. The rest of the locations we have been to have been serving cold food and poor service. I wouldn’t come back to this location even if I was invited for a special event. It seems the chain is lacking quality control and focus. Very sad to see.

Literally the last 3 times I've come here, servers and the take out host will walk right past you and not help. I've had to walk up to the bar to get someone's attention to come and assist me with take out each time and no it's not during busy hours. They Literally are sitting at the corner part or the bar waiting around and talking instead of periodically looking towards the take out counter to assist.

Total fan! My friends have been raving about True Food Kitchen for months now, and I can see why! The food is delicious AND healthy. I can enjoy a meal packed with flavor without feeling like a bloated log afterwards. The brussel sprouts were cooked in what seemed like a sweet chili sauce. 10/10. I also had the cauliflower pizza, and that was amazing! I finished the entire thing because it was just that good. But the amazing part is that I didn't feel uncomfortably stuffed afterwards. This place really is quite a gem, and I will definitely be back!
