Went there for Taco Tuesday and it was a great experience! We had some margaritas, which were delicious, and the tacos were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was fun and lively — perfect for a midweek night out. Definitely coming back!

Great Food. Their Yellow Queso was the best ever. Changing the recipe was criminal. Please offer the old version at least.

It was very busy at five o’clock today with everyone arriving at the same time. Service was still very friendly and efficient. Guacamole and our entrees were flavorful. We had a dog with us. they were very accommodating and brought her some water

This Julio’s, compared to the one in One Loudon is like comparing apples and oranges. One Loudon is so efficient, irregardless of the crowds with wonderful food. This one took 45 min to get a taco and we were the first ones in the restaurant! The carnitas taco was 50% gristle and fat. So disapppinted. The plates we were provided for our appetizer were dirty with guac and sour cream all over the bottom. C’mon Julio’s!

Barbacoa was dry and tacos were tiny
We dined at Uncle Julio’s recently and was let down. The fajitas arrived on a cast iron skillet but were barely warm, and the portions felt small for the price. The atmosphere was vibrant, but it was super busy, so maybe it was an off night. Our server was great, knowledgeable, and attentive, which was a plus. Still, for the cost, I expected better and won’t be rushing back.

Tonight we were highly disappointed with our visit to uncle Julio's.Usually we have a great time.We know exactly what to expect: great food and standard service. However, upon ordering tonight our server, the bald headed black guy, was not happy with the size of our order and was noticeably displeased, and was not afraid to show it. After ordering our queso and fajitas for one, he did not touch the table to make sure we were doing well. We ended up asking the Host wearing blue, to refill our chips. He went above and beyond and gave up chips that weren't crumbs, and gave us fresh salsas. We noticed the server at other tables, and a table who had sat after us got their fajitas before us. That's when we noticed we had been waiting an hour for our food without our server checking in on us. At this point we asked for a manger and he arrived with our food, which was noticeably cold. The fajitas weren't sizzling as usual and the butter was noticeably collected on the food. The manager Jose offered us a drink, and the same food, even though it wasn't visibly fresh and looked like it had been sitting.. we're highly disappointed with the overall experience seeing as we have been regulars here. We will not consider coming back to this location in the near future. We also never got the servers name bcs he never did introduce himself. Bring back Reef, he was awesome.

My sister and I went for lunch. We were greeted by the manager who was very friendly and polite. Our waiter was also very friendly. We ordered the queso as an appetizer and it was not ready yet. The staff were very accommodating to us and offered us free table side guacamole as a sorry for the queso not being ready in time for us. It is a very well kept restaurant and very friendly, attentive staff members. 10/10. Once the queso was ready they brought our table- it was hot and delicious! The rest of our meal was also an10/10. Very fresh and tasty.

Consistently bad service, which is a shame because it’s also the only tolerable texmex in the area. Waited 20 minutes. Only server that came by blew the opportunity to save us.

We had to remind them that we ordered the tableside guacamole about 30 minutes after we ordered it. We got it right as our food came out, and it was flavorless. Very disappointing. Three of us ordered beef enchiladas and none of us ate much. They tasted more like meatball enchiladas because the sauce was more marinara than red sauce. The carne asada, salsa, and drinks were good. It's definitely not like it used to be and I won't be returning.

The staff were friendly and the food came out fast which was great. My husband ordered a carry out order for us. 2 Taco Platters. They didn’t have the tacos we wanted so we got the Barria Tacos. We asked for flour tortillas but we received corn tortillas. We also asked for no onions in our tacos and had onions in our tacos. They forgot one of the rice and bean sides for the order and rice and beans were also pretty bland. The chips were BLAND unsalted tasted like cardboard. Salsa tasted like it was from a can. Unfortunate that our order was incorrect and food was mediocre :( we had high hopes because the place looked nice and staff was nice as well.
