I just had the worst customer service experience of my life at this small little cafe, so much so that I"m compelled to write this review. Recently I visited the cafe to get a combo meal for lunch. Your sign sayst it comes with a 20oz fountain drink or can of soda. Their soda fountain has been out for weeks, so I decided to grab a 20oz bottle from their fridge. I had already payed for the meal and already taken several larges gulps of the soda when I was abruptly stopped saying I had to pay extra for the soda bottle, and that it wasn't included in the "combo". I was a little befuddled at this petty request, as the bottle was 20 oz, the same as a what was offered for a fountain drink had it not been broken for the last several weeks. Even still, I was more than happy to pay a little more for the bottle, but asked for the bare minimum customer service of paying the difference of getting the fries and soda bottle separately. The cashier refused and said I had to pay full price on top of the combo that was purchased. I went ahead just to get back to my desk, but I'm very very unhappy with the experience. I understand that a fountain drink and a bottled soda are slightly different, but to not even offer a discount on it over the can soda? The soda fountain has been out for weeks, and to make people pay $3 dollars for just a small can of soda and fries....outrageous!!! I'm totally okay with forking over the extra cash for the convenience, but this TERRIBLE ridiculous, customer experience completely overrides that. I won't be back, regardless if this gets resolved, neither should you if you are reading this.

I used to really enjoy going hereUntil the cook lady left and now it is just the owner who can’t cook and is very rude if you tell him he burned your food or didn’t cook it correctly. It’s not worth wasting your money here.

Delicious and hot Turkey Reuben! The folks there are always kind and quick to take care of all the orders.

The prices are too high. The cost for a pound of food is $8.49 per lbs and does not taste good. Why does this place cost sooooo much? A 12oz soda costs $2 versus the vending machine ($1.50).

Not the nicest cafe in the world. The place does not give off "this is a nice place". It looks like of meh when you walk in. The hot bar does not look good, and neither does the salad bar. I work in the building so sometimes I do come here. The breakfast is good. They can make some mean breakfast. The lunch is all depending on what you get. Some stuff is real bad, some stuff is ok. The Malano is pretty good. The cheesesteaks are pretty good. I wouldn't go for anything real unique here however, you won't like what you get. Just get stuff that it isn't hard to mess up.

Very expensive, just redid the menu and jacked up the prices. $7 for a BLT?! Unfortunately this is my only option for a quick lunch.

A cute cafe hidden in an office building, with nice decor and a very clean interior. Offers breakfast foods, burgers, wraps, and your typical deli subs and sandwiches. Owner is super friendly and portions are generous. I highly recommend this place!

Staff seems to have dwindled down to just the owner. Breakfast is great!Definitely avoid the lunch if you can, however.

The best Bibimbap you'll eat from an office building cafe. It's only available on certain days, so check.

Decided to try this place out based on all the glowing reviews. It's close to my office so sounded like a good option. I ordered the Friday special: spicy chicken rice bowl. Portion size was large but the dish was really mediocre. Tasted and looked like something you'd get at kiddee summer camp, only worse. Big disappointment. I wouldn't go back.
