I'm not impressed with this Wegmans. Straight to the point. A whole lot of signage to make it look good, same overpriced groceries

People who are not only willing to take on any position, but grossly over qualified for with proof of work that speaks for itself and years of experience to include military. If anything Im glad. Nice store but expensive. Needs to have consistent quality for that price. Prepared meal bowls are $15, this Sandwich is $7. Too small, not always.

I purchased an item from another Wegmans store. The item was bad and I tried to return it to this location as it was closer to me. I was told that the item should be returned to the same store because they don't have that in stock at this location. This is terrible customer service. Items should be returnable to any wegmans store. Eventually, she returned the item and saved me a hassle of filing a consumer report.
The manager Ben who was working went above and beyond with incredible customer service. I needed help with some very heavy bags of ice and he went out of his way to help me get them loaded in my car.

I recently went here to grab a couple things right before midnight. I went to checkout at about 11:55 and they told me it was too late to buy anything even though they close at 12. I went to leave and the exit doors locked and would not budge. This breaks every fire protection code known to mankind and it is illegal for a private business to hold someone hostage. I began kicking the door to try to escape. Some lady who worked there came around and said I couldn’t do that. YES I CAN. WHAT IS ILLEGAL, IS WEGMANS HOLDING ME HOSTAGE. This place needs to be shutdown. This is 100% ILLEGAL. I don’t want to hear excuses, nor apologies. Shut this place down!

I love Wegmans, but I had to stop doing my grocery shopping here because on COUNTLESS occasions I would get home and find out my items are expired or semi-expired. I’ll be going to a different Wegmans :(
