People in this restaurant are incompetent. They will rob you for your money, the lady taking orders is not helpful at all. Went an hid on the kitchen waiting for me to leave. She than Brought the manager who is even more useless. Dont come to dislocation, save your self the trouble

VERY RUDE STAFF, WRONG FOOD GIVEN, AN NOT FULLY HOT FOOD GIVEN.......05.26.25 - My family went thru the drive thru at this location and we were given the wrong food. I stepped inside to request the missing food and mentioned what was missing and the long haired tall young indian lady said yeah we gave you nuggets by mistake and she wasn't going to give me the missing food. I said that's okay thanks but that's not what we ordered we would like the fries. She said okay miss thing, handed me the bag with a very nasty facial expression. I said wow I was being polite, you could of offered the same, and she said yeah whatever.

Delivery is hit or miss. I've gotten burgers that gave me a mouth full of mayonnaise, I've had them entirely forget complete items and sauces. They seemed to be better prior to 2024.

The manager is rude. I paid for a medium coffee and got a small coffee. When I explained that I paid for medium. The manager said pull up to the side and we will bring it to you. Wait. You made the mistake and I am inconvenienced to wait around the corner, really. I was on my way to work. I just drove off without a coffee and won't be going back to this Herndon location near Reston Town Center.

Manager will argue with a customer in front of everyone cause the person in drive through wanted to wait for there card before pulling up to wait for the food . Someone made a mistake with the order if it was the customer or the or the person working there doesnt matter you dont tell them they cant order again , she said she would just to pay for another order you shouldn't fight with the customer and say they made the mistake and no the cant even order another thing to replace it and pay for what the really wanted. So now they have to pay for somthing they don't want and make a second order for what they wanted and pay for that too? and also get yelled at by the manager cause they want to wait for there credit card back before pulling up. It's not the person fault the line that it is backed up it would have been faster to giver her card back then yelling at the girl. I think she got her money back in the end, the people in drive through made it worse and it mostlikly cause the manager is not great with the employees making a bad environment for them. This happens around 11:40
