When you go in to this Wendy's. You have to wait longer than you should. They seem to get a lot of drive through orders and walk-in have to wait. Maybe they should hire someone to work counter.

Drive through experience was series of mild issues.
Asked for drink without ice, received drink with ice. Not ideal, but I don't bother asking for a no-ice drink.
Then the cashier dropped my card when handing it back. Okay, this is probably something drive-through cashiers should avoid doing, but accidents happen. Flailed a bit trying to fetch my card without scraping my door, but succeeded.
Finally get my food and start eating only to discover they gave me the spicy version of what I ordered and I'm a pansy about spice. But I was hungry so I powered through it.

This Wendy's sucks, i just went to get breakfast and at first i thought the speaker was broken but the guy barely mumbled at me to take my order, it was a quarter past opening and the dining room wasnt open, and the guy didn't even seem to be paying attention much more than to hear my order and mumble something back to me that sounds like maybe he heard me. Terrible. Highly rude service received I asked if he was the manger he resond yes. I asked if he speaks like this to all customers he responded ur holding up my line, I have our interaction's record, Was very uncalled for. I fear for the staff if he speaks this way constantly. I’ve then cancelled my order due to the disgusting treatment. Looking in to reporting this incident to coprate.

Very bad experience. Person taking order was rude snd when I got tp the wimdow, I was giben my drunk without the sloppily put on and as a result, I hsve stain to get out of my car seat. I discovered, after drivong away, my cheseburger meal was missing the cheeseburger. I went back to the store to get my missing food, I got another rude reception and no apology. If people would stop frequenting this place, perhapsa an organization that gives a damm will take over.

I was so excited to try the saucy chicken nuggets which are shown to be fully covered in sauce... they were not- couldn't taste the sauce at all.

The wrap was good as was the cheeseburger. Won't be ordering the nuggets again but will definitely be returning.

People in this restaurant are incompetent. They will rob you for your money, the lady taking orders is not helpful at all. Went an hid on the kitchen waiting for me to leave. She than Brought the manager who is even more useless. Dont come to dislocation, save your self the trouble
