The line moved very quickly. The cashier actually looks at your in your eyes. The nuggets and fries were cold and they forgot my drink but gave me one once I drove back.

This is the best Wendy’s in the area. All other Wendy’s should learn from this one! They always give piping hot fries and do the best nuggets! The only flaw is not giving enough sauce with an order :)

Do not understand why they can’t get my order correct. I asked for a salad from the menu and all I asked was for one thing to be removed, the cheese. Of course I’m in a rush which is why I needed fast food. I take the food and drive home and when I open it I see that it’s absolutely covered in cheese. Really? The one thing I ask. People have allergies and different things and when I went they were not even busy. Don’t recommend this location.

This is our closest Wendy's and we use the mobile app. I feel like every time I drive through we are asked to pull through the drive through and made to wait not at the window. Additionally we have had several experiences of missing items so this trip takes double or triple the time to double check all the items are there. Service usually makes it right but not without walking in or asking again. Not an optimal Wendy's location.

I like the chili because it is not thick. The Taco salad is good, BUT check that you have all the ingredients for salads that you order. Last time they forgot the chips. Fortunately, I had some at home. It is getting a bit expensive, so use the app.

Worst customer service. No common courtesy either. They can't ever get mobile orders correctly, they love crying and arguing about over the counter refills. They are giving Wendy's a bad name, what a shame Man. The supervisor (Asian girl) is very rude, likes to ignore customers, and also speaks very rudely, and with a disrespectful tone. Contacting the regional manager, and H & R to report them is the next step here. They need to get rid of workers like that, no need for these insults and aggravations, people like that don't deserve to work there. They need to find another job, instead of insulting their customers. Seriously they are bad for business, and for how they speak to their customers. We pay for our food, and all customers deserve to be treated politely, and respectively.
