I am not from here, im on vacation but I just came from willard's and the experience was pretty good, the employees where kind and very helpful. the food was amazing, I had the bay of pig cuban wrap, was fantastic, the wait was not long at all and the quality was superb. when I come back in the future Ill Definitely stop by for another meal.

Got my order instantly and pleasantly. The meat was just ok, but I got all the sauces and they were not very good. I suggest getting something that doesn’t require sauce.

I ordered 2 meat platter with two sides. The beef brisket tasted dry so you need to add sauce. A few portions of the beef brisket were overcooked so it was hard to chew. The sweet sauce provided didnt taste sweet nor did it taste well. I'd suggest buying your own BBQ sauce. The moist brisket was excellent but the portion didn't match the beef brisket.

The mashed potatoes tasted ok but was harder than I expected. The mac an cheese tasted bland and the cheese was a little chunky as opposed to creamy.

I should have listened to the reviews of the peanut butter pie. I like peanut butter desserts but this didnt taste like peanut buttter at all. This tasted like cheesecake with a light chocolate topping.

Im not sure if I'll try the food again becasue so far I can only recommend the moist brisket.

I had a good time, people were very nice. Brisket was good, ribs were on the juicy side and a little under done. What they need is an iced cooler of beers to grab while you wait.

Decent BBQ. I think their specialty is really their brisket. Cool bang for your buck if you need something decent for lunch. You can get a rib sandwhich (two bone-in ribs with bread) and two sides for under 10 bucks. Not a large portion size but enough to get you through to

Willards is always good. The mash potatoes and the collards greens are seasoned so well every time. I’ve tried so many things on the menu and I am never disappointed with their sandwiches and the cuts of meat are quality

Best BBQ in the area. Abundance of choices, excellent quality. I would like to see a better variety of sauces, but the BBQ meats more than make up for the lack of diversity in sauce flavors.

Although this place has decent food reviews, I’m deducted stars because of the manager. I had ordered a business lunch and had issues in which the names needed to be written for 5 lunches. I called and spoke to the manager and he had an attitude, then interrupted me while I was trying to explain and stated that “putting names for each person doesn’t make it easier for us”. It takes less than 5 minutes to write a name or he could’ve even put the letter of a first name on the orders (it was only 5 people) instead of him going above and beyond I was left disappointed receiving that from a manager. The attitude needs improvement and the order was well over $100. Now Willards BBQ lost business because of it.

Food is always delicious, great sauces on offer. The jerk chicken and beef ends are phenomenal! Once I ordered online from the Chantilly one by mistake, and rather than making me order again or drive out to pick it up, they just made my order for me on the spot and let the other Willard's know it had been taken care of. Absolute tremendous customer service that has earned our repeat business and then some.

I am not from here so like any other person I went to goggle to find a bbq spot to eat at I came across a few but the reviews for this place was great so I went once there the staff greeted me with all smiles and was ready to take my order. The order was made very quickly even before I had a chance to find a seat I had got six ribs, the mac & cheese, collard greens The meat in my opinion was seasoned great, and the mac & cheese was also delicious as well. Didn’t even need any sauce.

Getting back from Canada, the first thing I cooked was BBQ. It is my favorite comfort food. While I enjoy making it myself, every now and then I enjoy eating out. I was craving some Texas BBQ the other day while visiting my sister and she recommended Willard’s. Not only was the food incredible, it was very reasonably priced and the portions were generous. Some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. Excellent sauces, too. Will definitely be back soon!
