a basic hole in a wall atmosphere wise, but great music. The reason to go is the FOOD. Incredible selection, some of the very best BBQ in NoVa and excellent sides. Not hungry enough, try their chili or gumbo.

Got the duo platter with spare ribs, moist brisket, collard greens, and Mac and cheese. It was really delicious and flavorful, no bbq sauce needed. The meats were not dry. The menu doesn't state that it comes with cornbread, I almost chose it as a side. Would've ended up with 2 cornbreads. Overall, a good place for bbq.

It’s always good to eat local and Willard’s is a perfect example. It’s not the most luxurious place you’ll visit, but the people are nice and the barbecue is always spot on. The briskets good, the pulled pork is good, and all of their saucesare very, very good. Definitely give this place a shot, it is a northern Virginia staple and you will not be disappointed.
