The place always makes your food fast and fresh. I've only been there for breakfast so far but intend to be back for lunch! Everything is nicely priced, especially for the area and has a good variety of food choices.

One of the best values in the DMV. A host of 3-egg multi-filling omelettes with potatoes and 2 pieces of toast for under $8?!? R U kidding me? I had to pinch myself to remember it wasn’t the 1980’s!

They’ll make omelettes to order too. Today I added gyro meat to their Greek omelette. Yes, a slight $2.25 up-charge for the gyro meat, but it was delicious. Both times I’ve been there, the food arrived piping hot. Coffee is excellent too.

On my previous visit, got the omelette with pastrami and corned beef - outstanding!

I saw the breakfast burrito a fellow patron ordered, and it looked delicious. I’ll try that on my next visit.

Friendly service. Clean. Lots of seating. Lots of parking.

My 2 suggestions to the owner/management:

- Develop some sort of ala carte system for omelette ingredients (ala pizzas) so you can build your own (or add things) w/o being constrained by the half-dozen standing variants on the menu board

- Use washable plastic plates and better cutlery for dine-in patrons. Will attract more diners tired of paying $19 in RTC and will be more sustainable and environmentally friendly. A post-Covid mindset shift from being an ‘office complex deli’ to a ‘legit fast casual restaurant…that happens to be located in an office complex’ would work wonders!

I love this place. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious. I crave their sandwiches and look forward to get lunch from there.

I absolutely love this sandwich shop! Every time I step in, I'm greeted by the most wonderful staff. Their breakfast burrito is a delightful masterpiece that I find myself longing regularly. The perfect blend of fluffy eggs, savory meats, and fresh veggies creates a burst of flavors that kickstarts my mornings with a smile. The attention to detail and quality ingredients truly make this place stand out. Plus, the fact that they offer complementary coffee adds an extra layer of charm to the whole experience. This place has truly won my heart with its amazing food and the feeling of being among friends.

Zaina's is wonderful! Highly recommend. The gyro is one of the best I've ever had. The building is beautiful as well with lots of outdoor and indoor seating. I can't say enough good thing about it!

Amazing people serving excellent food.I used to visit this place frequently before Covid started as they are close to my office. And was afraid that them being in an office building, they may not be around once offices open. But thankfully they are there and the quality of their food and service stays top notch.

Vegetarian options: Hot Farmers sandwich is a a delicious and very filling vegetable Sandwhich.

Lovely sandwiches and Halal meat.

I love Zaina's! It is a tad weird to go to a restaurant that is part of an office complex, but the food here is too good to pass up. Personal favorites are their cheeseburger subs and (of course) The Zaina's Special. Give the daily special a strong consideration if you are in a rush, and say hi to the family running the restaurant as they are very sweet.
