Purely in terms of taste, and quality - just wow. Steak kabob dish was always my staple, but honestly anything I ever tried was made with sweet care and you could taste it in the final product. Clean food that absorbs and digests well. It's as if the food was 'happy' itself. Always walked out of there genuinely feeling better - not just because my stomach was filled, but because my taste buds were thanking me. As a personal plus to me, they use grind-your-own peppercorns and sea salt, not refined table salt or dried up pepper dust.

Arrived 40 minutes before closing and ordered two power grain bowls with chicken. The rice was VERY undercooked and hard to eat.

I've been putting this off for a while but this place has had it coming for a long time. Our office regularly gets vendors that bring in Zoe's Kitchen Catering for their presentation luncheons and I have to say... it absolutely sucks. I've had good meditteranean food before and this is not it. The rice is as dry as desert sand, the falafel is always soggy and not spiced that well, salad is salad how can you mess that up? Very commercialized feta and tsaziki sauce that have ridiculous tang to them to compensate for lack of flavor. The pita has also been stamped into a sad, soggy flatbread with perfect circumference and the mini versions are just the same thing cut up into pieces. Why do they offer both if they are the same thing!?!? The only redeeming things are the chicken and beef which are also dry and not spiced that well so everything still falls flat on its face. It's basically the Mcdonalds of Meditteranean food, you're better off at CAVA or Falafel Inc. which are much better. I dont need to post pictures, just don't go here. I have yet to actually go to the restaurant but i cant imagine it's any better

Okay, so usually I love ZK and I always get the Falafel Pita. But at this location it was one of the most disappointing meals of my life. You’d think for 9 dollars you’d get some decent falafel and pita, but what I got was cold, stale pita and cold, cardboard tasting falafel that was so dry I actually choked on it. The sauce was also minimal on it and was stuffed into the center instead of spread throughout. The rest of the ingredients were also extremely dry and almost inedible.

I love Zoes kitchen and visit frequently. I was in Reston and decided to stop and grab some lunch. Again the food is amazing!!! The customer service is subpar. The girl at the counter acted as though I had done something to her to cause for her to serve me up some serious attitude. I asked her for Greek dressing and she came back with some other dressing. I told her "I'll take this but can I also have geek dressing" and she acted as though I had money in my hand and wouldn't let it go
So, maybe it was me, maybe it was because it was about 20 minutes before closing, no idea. Staff did not seem to care about anything, including explaining their items. Got my stuff, was ok, would never come back. Location, parking, bathroom and entrance were all accessible. Which is the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1. I recommend you go to the place next door, I imagine you will probably get something better.

I use this location for weekday lunches, though parking at Plaza America can be trying, getting there by 11:45am helps with that though. I like the variety offered, esp the soup and half-sandwich offering.

Okay food at an okay location. The food was nothing memorable, although the staff is nice. Would much rather spend my lunch/dinner money at the tropical smoothie or Mod Pizza in the same shopping center.
