A cozy spot for a relaxing breakfast. 521 Waffles offers a wide variety of breakfast waffles—we tried banana, berry, chocolate, and “monkey.” The waffles were buttery and delicious. The only downside was the ventilation, as the room got a bit smoky while they were cooking the waffles.

Would absolutely be 5 stars if they hadn't gone to only weekends right after I discovered the place. My coworkers and I were so excited to have a delicious gluten free place to get delivered to the office and now it's been months of them not being open during the week. Probably shouldn't be expanding if you can't keep operations going at the original location. 😭

I went in and ordered the $7.50 egg and bacon sandwich to go, which is $8.61 total.
Walked in, wasn't greeted, went up to order and the person behind the counter (who was just glued to their phone) stared at me without even a hello.
I placed my order, counted out my cash payment, placed it on the counter then was told they didn't accept cash.
Waited for my order, the person behind the counted handed it to me without even a thank you---yet I'm asked for a tip when paying!
Came home, and saw there was only 1 egg and two very small/thin pieces of bacon.
Nothing worse than an under portioned and over priced meal, which leaves you hungry.
I could have done much better myself at home but thought I'd support a local business.

I want to start by saying I'm not Gluten free, but with a friend with celiac and very allergic. She was happy it was all GF making her life a lil easier. She enjoyed her waffle and bacon. I had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and the biscuit was super dry. I guess I should have expected that, but it was off for me because of that. The biscuit had good flavor, but missed the fluffiness expected. It was huge, the bacon was good. Our star was that fresh squeezed OJ, that I could have had a gallon of!

“Co owner” Tatiyanna was very rude and was yelling at me on the phone.
I placed an order with DoorDash, and waited for over an hour, so I decided to call in and see what was going on.
Tatiyanna answered the phone and was very rude.
She was yelling at me on the phone, she was telling me that 3 people have come to pick up my order and that they must have stolen my order… that I should contact DoorDash for help.
She told me that they would not be remaking my order because they have an issue with DoorDash, she said this happens all the time , and they are not able to keep replacing orders.
Thankfully my door dasher was able to call in, and get everything resolved.
However, based on the communication style and poor customer service of Tatiyanna, I will not be returning. (She said that she was the manager and co-owner ) No customer deserves to be yelled at when they call in for help, and I should also not be responsible for Door Dash issues.
Once I told her that I would Sharing my experience on google as well as DoorDash, she did TRY to soften her tone and be a little nicer but it was too late.
