A cozy spot for a relaxing breakfast. 521 Waffles offers a wide variety of breakfast waffles—we tried banana, berry, chocolate, and “monkey.” The waffles were buttery and delicious. The only downside was the ventilation, as the room got a bit smoky while they were cooking the waffles.
Would absolutely be 5 stars if they hadn't gone to only weekends right after I discovered the place. My coworkers and I were so excited to have a delicious gluten free place to get delivered to the office and now it's been months of them not being open during the week. Probably shouldn't be expanding if you can't keep operations going at the original location. 😭
Venturing here with my coworker for a wholesome healthy breakfast! So delicious and she was so excited for once not having to stress about her food allergies!!! Food was delicious ❤️
