Ok so, this is a special pizza. It's its own thing. Not NY style, not Napolitano, Not Chicago. It's 8 1/2 pizza. Is this "Richmond Style" pizza? I think it might be. The dough is rich and crispy. The sauce is fresh and a little spicy. I love that i can get roasted green peppers on a pizza which is unheard of. Subs are large and flavorful. Pizza perfection. The perfect dough, perfect spicy sauce, perfect amount of cheese and toppings. You can taste every aspect of the pizza. Delicious!!!! Only downside is there's not seating.
This is the best pizza in RVA by a considerable margin. The crust is crisp and pliable, great simple sauce and the toppings were excellent. The green peppers were roasted - which I recommend highly.
