I walked into this little spot on a lazy afternoon with nothing better to do, and honestly, I’m glad I did. It’s a tiny restaurant, but super clean and filled with light. The decor and the casual banter between the staff gave me the vibe that this is a Thai place (correct me if I’m wrong).
As an East Asian who’s never actually had Thai food (I know, shame on me), I played it safe and went for the Korean beef bowl. The beef was pretty decent—tender and flavorful—but the rice was a bit too wet for my taste, and the kimchi didn’t quite hit the spot. But hey, it’s a Thai place, not a Korean one, so that’s fair.
Later, I gave in and tried both the Tom Yum and Tom Kha soups. Google told me one’s supposed to be spicy, the other creamy, but plot twist: both were spicy 😅 Personally, I preferred the Tom Yum—it had that addictive tang and heat that makes you keep sipping even when your mouth’s on fire.
Would I come back? Yup. Overall, it’s a solid little gem. Not perfect, but charming in its own way.

This is a nice little independent Thai restaurant. They had a nice variety of foods and Asian liquors for all levels of taste. The skills of the kitchen were superb and oh so fast. My wife and I had two non-alcoholic drinks, one appetizer, two main dishes, and one dessert. The total bill with tip was $70. The only place where this establishment needed help was with the wait staff. They were a bit forgetful with our order. They forgot to bring the oils and peppers to the table when the main course was served. So if they work on their waiting skills, then this could be a really nice little Thai restaurant.

Absolutely loved the shrimp fried rice! The rice was perfectly cooked—light, fluffy, and full of flavor without being greasy. The shrimp were tender, juicy, and generously portioned. What really stood out was the balance of flavors. The dish had just the right amount of seasoning, with hints of garlic, soy sauce, and a touch of sesame that made it incredibly satisfying. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, adding great texture and color to the plate. I also purchased the wings and spring rolls and both were appetizing

We were thrown off a little by the menu but this place is legit Thai food. The best we’ve had since moving to Richmond. Highly recommend and will return!

Great food and the kindest server!!! We got pho, chicken Lahb, Penang curry, pad thai, and spring rolls. Out of everything I’d recommend the pad thai and pho!
Oh my goodness. We only had two things for takeout but both were amazing. The potstickers in the red curry... holy cow! Can not wait to come back for more!

I was looking for something different that I hadn't tried before and I was led to this place. The reviews that I read seemed pretty good so I thought I'd give it a try. It was after 5:00 p.m. and I will see only customer in there at the time. One other couple came in and 3 people came in for takeout orders. I wasn't that impressed. I ordered the bulgogi and the spring rolls. The flavor of the spring rolls was okay but it had some stringy noodles that were translucent and I didn't care much for the texture of them. People bulgogi had a somewhat bland flavor. There seem to be a lot of rice and very little meat. It was much different from the picture on the website. It was a new place for me. I probably passed by it at least 50 times or more and never knew that it was there. I tried it and I doubt that I will be going back. There are probably better dishes on the menu than the one I had but based on the one that I ordered, I probably won't be going back. There was a lot of variety on the menus and the waitress was friendly. The food wasn't bad, but I expected more flavor.
Sweet tea is delicious and so is the Singapore noodles

Noodles felt stale, the soup was served cold, and the pork belly was just fat. Not recommended. Service was good.
