I ordered 2 steak and cheese, fries and wings. My fries were soft and unseasoned. The steak and cheese didn't have grilled onions or tomatoes as I ordered. My pink lemonade tasted like pink water. I was so disappointed because my son hyped this place up.

**Update***(original post at the end)Within minutes of my post the lady called me back and handed the phone to her daughter who listened to my complaint, apologized and even asked what they could do to make it right!!! I didn’t want anything else. This was not about money ( a refund was not requested or offered)I was just very pleased at the level of customer service, as you don’t see service like this these days!! To call me back was so nice and she was very sweet on the phone. Increased my score from a 1 to 3 stars because of the customer service!-original post-I ordered grilled shrimp and rice. I will say the lady on the phone was nice enough, until I called back to complain. Then she couldn’t understand me. When I received my food. I was so excited to see such big shrimp that I dove right in then I was severely disappointed! Not only were the shrimp over cooked they were not cleaned at all!! You can literally see the poop! I had shared my food with my son I immediately threw it all away! I will NEVER go back there again!

But for some reason it has a bologna or hot dog kind of aftertaste that's kind of bothersome...I did notice when I ordered before but it's much more prevalent this order. I don't mind hot dogs and bologna, but I expect beef to taste like beef. Could be the seasoning, I suppose.

Got the garlic lemon wings .Horrible. Not edible.

It’s okay. Got the shrimp fried rice and it was disgusting…just threw rice in a container, added a little soy sauce, chopped up some carrots, fried a lot of eggs and diced up some shrimp, mix it up together and WHAM! there you go…I just threw it away. The owners are friendly, but please take that shrimp fried rice off the menu!!! It’s horrible. It cost $6.98 but charge another $2.00 just to add eggs. I thought eggs come with itSmh

Very disappointed. The prices went up and the quality of the food went down. Had chicken wings and wedges. People don’t mind paying more for quality food. This just won’t do.

I'm crazy about that teriyaki wings. They are very polite and the service is quick.
