This venue is permanently closed. We arrived to a sign on the door referring patrons to Bar Solita or Tarrants Downtown with no advance they were no longer in business.
The only negative thing is parking. It took awhile to find a parking place which was blocks from the restaurant, we're from out of town, but the dumplings were so worth the hassle of parking.
Service was wonderful and our waitress was amazing! The appetizers and drinks were very good. The dumplings were a mix review but the favorite was the soup dumplings.
Great find that I don't understand why it's not rated higher. The only issues I had were parking - not their fault, but either get lucky with street parking or a pay lot a block or two away. Other issue was restrooms are upstairs, which could be a problem for some. The food, though, was excellent! Perhaps some of the best dim sum I've found in the area...and I have looked! A special note: from opening until 6:00PM on weekdays they offer 2-for-one dumplings; a great excuse to eat more than you probably should - at least we did! We took advantage of this opportunity to enjoy the following dumplings: cumin lamb, pork & black truffle Xiao Long Bao, Lemongrass Chicken, and Quessaburria. We also had pork belly bao and hot & numbing calamari. Looking around, we weren't the only ones enjoying themselves to excess, as several tables were piled high with dishes as the diners looked ready to explode. Skylar, our waitress, was friendly and attentive. She was very helpful, pointing out some options and getting extras for us immediately, such as black vinegar and ginger for the soup dumplings. She also pointed out that they offer an all-you-can-eat dumpling special on Sundays for $25pp, which seems quite reasonable given their quality. Will definitely be returning!
Fun place to try delicious new foods! Our two preteens loved it. Service was fast and friendly!
First visit to And Dim Sum did not disappoint. Great food, lots of variety. Love the family style, giving us the chance to taste more menu items. Still others I'd like to try. I will go back and I recommend others give it a try as well.
Food tasted pretty good, although I like bigger portions though so it wouldn't be my first choice, the entrees were pretty big though and you could really taste the orange in the orange chicken. Solid restaurant, would come back to try more dumplings. Desserts were not very good though but to each their own!
Went for happy hour, great food, unique cocktails and really cool aesthetics/seatings. Service was great, drinks were different but good! We will return!

One of my favorite date night and happy hour experiences in the city.
We loved our dinner! We managed to catch the last 5 min of happy hour. Their happy hour deals are amazing! Also huge highlight was the service. Probably the best service we have had in Richmond. Shout out to Miranda!
