I have only eaten here twice, and one was just takeout. I had dined with a friend previously, to our surprise the place felt a bit cramped with all the tables. I felt a bit out of place from people that I presume to be regulars looking at us odd. We enjoyed some wine, shared calamari, and I ordered the shrimp scampi, which I mostly enjoyed but questioned if it was frozen shrimp they use. The service was decent, prices are about average, maybe a little higher on some menu items. My takeout order was just one XL pizza, pretty good but nothing extraordinary, and reasonable price. I have seen some reviews about the pieces of metal in people’s food in which management responded badly. Their health inspection reports do seem to coincide with those customers experiences is all I can say…

Family atmosphere is very prevalent at this neighborhood gem. The food and service were excellent. We both enjoyed our meals and look forward to visiting again soon.

Angela's has been a go to place for my family for many years. It's one of our favorites for special ocassions because you know the service and food is going to be incredible everytime. They have great Italian classics and specials. Everything is awesome. The pizza is very good. The atmosphere has a cozy neighborhood feel. This is a gem in the near West end.

Tables and dining area very crowded. Too many small tables in a small area. Food was outstanding.
I have taken day trip up to Richmond just for Angela’s. It never fails. The food is rich and well balanced. Excellent menu and chef can do anything. Family establishments like this can’t die. We love this place. I don’t eat cannolis from anywhere else.

First time customer. Came at a busy time. Service a little slow but understood. Hidden gem. Food seasoned and surely to recommend
5 star restaurant in the truest sense of the word. Great service and atmosphere, I personally loved the aglio olio spaghetti which the chef was kind enough to make off the menu!

I have been to many Italian restaurants. I think Angela’s is the best! Service was excellent. The chef even made himself known to us, and was extremely friendly. The food is top notch. Me and my partner split calamari to start, and I had the chicken Marsala and he had chicken parmigiana and we cleaned our plates even with the portions being huge. We will return
