Went to the Applebee's on Laburnum across from White Oaks worst customer service ever!!! The only way you'll get service is if you're a regular. My husband and I went into The To Go part because at the last moment he wanted ribs, walk in stood ther awhile, the workers stood around talking and laughing; at one point we thought we were going to get an acknowledgement but NOT they looked at us and kept talking one left and looked at us and went into the back, my husband walked to the other side and asked if they were taking orders the young lady yes... so he came back around and stood there! And about this time I was on level ? because part of my job is customer serve and I feel if I have to be respectful, curious and polite to people I want the same service... So instead of losing it I was like let me go sit in the car because I'm not spending my hard earned money in this place! So I told my husband if he want to stay go right ahead because l got to GO! Before I lose it! We stood there for about 15 minutes watching this unprofessional waitress try to flirt with some guy trying to act cute NOT!!! So with that being said I will not be patronizing that establishment anymore! At one time very nice place but now it's gone to the DOGS!!!

My first time visiting this Applebees and my experience was a great one. Due to the safety precautions they have to use to have sit in dinning, they were very good at sitting us and cleaning the area. The service was great. Jeron was above expectations. The food didn't take long to receive and it was hot and good! We left him a generous tip because everything was nice. What a great experience....

French onion soup? Delicious!!! But for curbside assistance, I had to wait quite some time bc when I arrived, I called over 5times and no one picked up. Then on top of that, they didnt have any crackers for my soup. She did accommodate me tho.
Good place. Happy hour is popular here apparently. Good specials. Food served warm. Service is a little slow however. Overall good choice for dinner.

Service was excellent. Employees were smiling and engaging. Restaurant was clean. Bacon cheeseburger and prime rib sandwiches were perfectly prepared, as requested. Fries were hot and crispy. My strawberry lemonade was so good I wouldn't even share.

This is the worst place ever don't go here. The food is disgusting and I would never come back ever!!!! The managers are horrible. The kitchen is disgusting and the food was horrible.

Come for the chicken wonton tacos, stay for the burgers. Great place for your kids to focus on their phones. Water tastes just right, not too tappy. 5 TVs within view, can't see one screen Because of posts or banners hanging from the ceiling. Watch the game somewhere else. My potatoes were obviously "handled". Ribs were advertised as fall off the bone, they were anything but. They were however, overcooked and indeed smothered in sauce. Very chewy and very stuck to the bone. And to top it off, the staff started fighting about who is getting all the tables. Some nice f bombs while I waited for the check. I love Applebee's, but not today.
