Horribly understaffed - took over an hour to get an appetizer and never did get a drink (not even water) would not recommend. Watched numerous people simply give up and walk out.

The worst experience ever. Only 3 of 11 beer taps are working. I've been sitting at the bar for 30 minutes and still haven't been able to place a food order. They are the only restaurant before security, thus my only option (I need to check my bag and there's no one at my airline's ticket counter yet), or I would've left a long time ago. I suspect that it's only because they are the only option that they're still in business. Next time I'll eat before I get here!

Service is basically non-existent. You seat yourself and place your own order via a janky website on your smartphone. In addition to missing several photos and many item descriptions, and said hanky site has the audacity to ask for a tip before you've received any service. And I mean *any*. Knowing that not tipping could affect the quality of service I would receive, I dawdled for quite a bit before placing my order. Despite this, I wasn't brought so much as a single napkin, let alone silverware or water.
Ultimately, I'm glad I did not tip. The cocktail was weak and way overpriced, and the food was loaded with salt. Even after placing my order, I had to make 3 separate requests to get the basics (silverware, napkins, and water), and even that wasn't easy. The two times my server checked on me, she had turned to leave before I even finished telling her the food was OK. I'm only leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady at the bar was nice.
If management reads this: for the love of gods, ditch the self-ordering system. It only hurts your servers and your customers. Nobody chooses to eat at a sit-down restaurant because they want to serve themselves, very few customers will tip before they receive service, and very few servers will provide good service without being paid for it. You are not an independent mom-and-pop shop charging barely more than cost. You are a billion-dollar company charging airport prices.

Warning: very slow service. I was in the restaurant for 45 minutes and hadn't received my food. I ended up cancelling my order 20 minutes before boarding to make sure I had time to get through security.

The blonde bartender likes to pick and choose who she takes care of. You will wait 20 mins in an empty restaurant to even be noticed. Don't waste your time or money here! They do not appreciate the business or the people who come in! You'd be better off going to WaWa.

Bad treatment from the employees. After 20 minutes, they try to take your order. You go with your hungry kids and ask for the children's menu, and they say it's not available, because they don't offer it there. I don't recommend it.

I ordered a Paper plane this afternoon but they didn't have everything I needed. However, I got hooked me up the most amazing sweet floral drink!!! Cortney and Michon took the best care of us!!

First off, I know this is an Applebee's so, expectations weren't that high to begin with. Our experience was probably the worst dining out experience in recent memory. We waited for our food for over 30 minutes and then they couldn't be bothered to get all of our order out at the same time. The worst part was when I got up to find our server and ask where my hamburger was (15 minutes after everything else came!), they were found taking a break in the kitchen staring at the hamburger that we've been waiting on. All of this went on in an airport! People have places to be. I hope the management reads this, but noticing how this establishment is run makes me think it will fall on deaf ears. Avoid at all costs.

I had a two hour delay so I figured I would grab something at a familiar restaurant. It was not crowded but service was a bit slow after placing my order. Chicken quesadilla, and a Caesar salad. I later ordered a plain margarita from the bar, which tasted like pure sugar and no alcohol. When the food arrived it was hot but I had chicken on my salad and very few pieces of romaine lettuce, with a ton of dressing on the side (which I didn’t mind). The server explained the chef added it but they didn’t charge me for it. My guess is it was close to closing so they were feeling generous? There was an annoying fruit fly that I was swatting at but the food was not bad, or so I thought until the next morning. I didn’t have anything else to eat when I got home and only had water on my flight. I had the worst case of food poisoning. It lasted an entire day where I could barely get out of bed to relieve myself. Perhaps I should have refused the free chicken or the lettuce was bad. Either way, I’d avoid it in the future.

We love to go to the airport just to visit that applebees to see the great glass window to watch the airplanes, but for the past year or so it’s gone down hill. The floor level area to watch the big airplanes has been is usually closed if not half the section is closed and why? It looks fine and able to be used and they have great views for all ages alike and why not use it? The place also appears to be severely understaffed, usually operating with only 1-2 waiters that i saw. I saw a guy wait atleast 5-10 minutes for his BILL to be collected. What if he had to catch a flight?? Overall, I hope this place returns to its formal glory. I loved this place as a kid and is sad to see it in the way it is today.

Just left...EXCELLENT experience. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They just kept smiling and delivered great service while cleaning and closing the restaurant. Food was great. We came in 15 mins before closing and were greeted with smiling faces. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Made our travel day so pleasant. :)
