Applebee's Grill + Bar

It took 7 minutes for someone to take my beverage and appetizer order. When my beverage arrived, the order was wrong and I was not given a straw. My appetizer came out 25 minutes later. By this time, the straw had broken the proverbial camel's back. I asked to speak with the manager, explained to her my frustrations, and left ... to go to a different restaurant.

Came to sit down and have a meal with my boyfriend but we were met at the door by a young man who said “not sure if you guys want to eat here tonight, we are having a thing for our coworker who passed away. It’s gonna be loud and busy and you will have to wait for a table.” Even though it’s only 6pm on a Sunday and I see tons of open and clean booths. After waiting for a few minutes he came back and said “I have one server who’s still working tonight let me see if she feels like taking you guys.” I just said no thanks we are going somewhere else. I completely understand wanting to mourn dead friends and celebrate the lives of our coworkers who have passed on. But at the end of the day yall are a corporate run restaurant and got regular people just coming for a meal. If you have to ask your servers if they even feel like serving at 6pm and yall don’t even close till 9, nah I’m good. Rest in peace to your coworker but I won’t be visiting this Apple bees ever again. Wouldn’t a smarter option have been to close down the restaurant for the night?

Incorrect order delivery. Had to spend more to hopefully get what I ordered. Supposed to be a wrap.

We wasted 25 minutes sitting there and no server came. We walked out. Corporate should close this place down. Never ever will we go to this chain again.

This location seemingly short staffed/mismanaged.
At 745 on Saturday night we went in with 4 adults and three kids. The restaurant appeared dead. The hostess asked how many in our party and when I said 7, but we can be split in two families he laughed at us and said no way 7 people. I let him know we were only getting drinks and wouldn’t be eating if that made it easier on them. He continued to laugh at us and said “are you sure you’re not getting food? You’re not going to have a drink and then get hungry and want something to eat? You promise you’re not going to eat, just drinks? You promise?” He then walked to the back for several minutes before coming back to seat us. He sat us together and the waitress said “I’m not taking them, I’m leaving.”
Another waitress came over to help us, she was wonderful. She had a positive attitude and was very kind. We ordered 3 cocktails from the menu, a canned beverage and three sodas. After thanking the waitress and walking towards the door. The hostess walked behind us laughing and waving saying “go enjoy your food somewhere else”.
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Although the waitress who served us was great, the hostess ruined the experience.

Mozzarella sticks were good, avocado was brown/black that came in my shrimp bowl.

Pros: server was nice.
Cons: room temperature food, overall appearance of the food wasn't all that great, and the food gave me stomach pains. I wont eat here again.

They don't have items on their menu. They advertise certain items on their menu as sides but yet when you ask for the side they say oh we have switched that for the season. However your menu doesn't say seasonal vegetables it says Broccoli. This place is officially on my ban list. I can go to the Applebee's thats 10 minutes further down the road and they have their advertised sides.

I got the full rack of ribs with the hot honey barbecue sauce and they were delicious, along with the coleslaw. I went back the next week for more

The food was ok (what they didn't run out of) the my beer was ok ...only because it was in a bottle ... my friends beer was flat ... it was definitely an off day for them and I won't hold it against them too much ... but if it happens again more stars will come off

Food was excellent!!! Garlic parm wings and ice cold Michelobs all day!!! Service was beyond excellent, Hailey M. kills what she does. Really really sweet, beautiful, and enthusiastic womannn!!! Most definitely recommend her ALL DAYYY LONG and this store!!!! ❤️

My apologies for not posting a photo of my dinner BEFORE I devoured it!! LOL!! Honey let me tell you something… This was a BOURBON STREET STEAK!! KEY WORD “WAS”!!! Please believe me when I say this steak was absolutely delicious! The Chef did one hell of a job.. Tender steak.. seasoned to perfection.. and the Bartender Ciara recommended the Bahana Mama and she did not play any games! So tasty.. certainly worth much more than I spent.. and more than all of this... the experience was unmatched!! Customer Service was outstanding!! 5 stars is certainly not enough to express how I really feel! Lastly, I had the opportunity to meet Mike (The Restaurant Manager) He is so polite, very inviting.. Great at what he does!! I bragged about his employees and now I’ve found a new (me time) home!! Thank you so much h Applebees!! You showed off today!! ♥️🫶🏾♥️ P.S, The Chef is Ciara’s husband!! Go figure’s!! Team excellence!!
