Applebee's Grill + Bar

This is next to my hotel so it is convenient. And the food is great. But every single time I've come here (8+) I've had them forever my refill, not show up at all while I'm eating, and take forever to get my check. The waitresses are terrible and it seems like a training issue. Who knows. But I won't be back.

I have not been to Applebee's in yearssss on purpose but decided to give it a go because a friend loves it and I decided to be 'open'. Whew! never again. My food was cold, smelled greasy, and it was undercooked. Our server was distracted, and I had to find her to take our order and every time I needed something. My drink was basically sour mix.

Once again, this Applebee’s came through for us. My husband and I were looking for a spot to watch the Washington v Eagles game for us and another couple that wasn’t insane. Buffalo Wild Wings and Kickback Jack’s were packed out by 2:45pm. We showed up to this location at 2:50pm and got four seats at the bar. Perfect.

The bartender and the manager took care of us the whole game. We had ribs and riblets, which were amazing as usual. I love their French onion soup and the sweet tea is perfect. The bartender never stopped moving. I don’t know how she does it. Getting in 10k steps for sure. The manager is an Eagles fan and so are we so he was ready to rock. We occupied the end of the bar for three hours so we tipped accordingly, and in cash ;-)

Another amazing experience. This is our go to for Veteran’s Day every year because they always get it right. Now it may be our go to for football! Thanks to the whole crew.

My wife and I went out for dinner and had an Amazing waitress named Alexis F. She was very attentive and very personable. We will definitely come back and have her as a waitress! It’s very rare to find someone that enjoys their job in food service, Alexis is definitely a rare commodity!

I mean it's Applebees...what else can you say. This location was actually decent. Our server Ayanna was great. Half priced appetizers came out hot. The holiday feature drink I had was ok. Could've used more vodka but for $5 how much complaining can you do. It was called a Tipsy Reindeer but it had a Santa gummy in it

I ordered online and did scheduled Carside to go pickup. I hate to wait a little for them to finish making my order but on a Friday night I expected that. I would much rather wait a little for them to finish than the order be ready early and sitting in a bag

The waiters have a terrible service, they treat you as if you didn't have money to pay them.

Took an hour and a half for lunch. Sat with empty drinks and no wait staff to be found. Asked for coffee at end of meal it took another 20 minutes to get that. Should have gotten it to go but live and learn

Boneless wings were so hard I couldn't put a fork through them and the rest of my food wasn't good either just a bad experience this place is hit or miss

Evidently they were short staffed because our waitress was waiting tables, working the bar and ringing customer's up. She forgot our appetizers. She was most courteous and apologetic and comp the appetizer. All in all everything else was good.

Love to come in, but today got in the restaurant and a red head waitress with dreads was talking right in front of us ( while we were waiting to seat ) to a costumer about absolutely nothing about the restaurant, just talking about life… after 5 min after the three of watching her talk I decided to go and ask her if I could take a few menus and sit, she literally looked at me in a bad way and with attitude and told me to wait … we will not accept to be served by that lady…
Beside that love the place and the staff … very rude today tho
