I can't rate the foid because I never got any. I tried to use a current coupon and the person couldn't figure out how to input it to the register. He called the manager, who also couldn't figure it out, but did say how much to charge me, which sounded correct, then she left. The first person went back to staring at the register. I stood there for another couple of minutes then left. The Service I rate a solid zero.

I keep on trying this location just because it's close to my house and I love Arby's but they keep on failing. Lady helping me was insanely rude and the same way to other customers as well... Should probably get her teeth fixed before she starts treating people so badly food was horrible I ordered the Reuben that I've ordered hundreds of times from every other location the toast wasn't even toasted there was hardly any dressing on it Fry's were okay but for $15 it was pretty disappointing yet again

Food was good but the employees made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted for some reason.did not like the energy. (On some hurry up and bye type stuff.
On yesterday my order was incomplete, sometimes I always tell myself to check my order before leaving but I didn't as always, also a vehicle was behind me in the drive thru. I went back today with my receipt, I didn't get the woman's name but she was so kind and understanding, I think she was the shift leader. She politely completed my missing order and gave me another sandwich, I guess because of the inconvenience. She is definitely an asset to the Arby's on Brook Rd.

I only came for a shake by accident, butnit wasn't a bad experience. A bit disappointed they didn't have Oreos to put in it, and that the amount wasn't all the way to the top of the cup like I usually get from other Arby's, but the restaurant was really clean, and the employees were very attentive and nice. If I find myself over this way and try it again, I might be able to give a better insight.

I don't like to go to this location because they are very slow. It takes them 20 minutes to prepare your food in the driveway. It's crazy that this location is the only location that has you sitting in the drive thru and waste gas for 20 mins. And they don't tell you that it's going to be 20mins when you pay. I will drive 15 extra minutes for better service and fresher food.

Had a very sweet employee at the window. They were a little behind and she was so apologetic and sincere. Didn’t get her name but she was young with long reddish braids and she was amazing!
