I confess I started my lunch hour at a competitor down the road. My mistake, but I did walk out and found myself at Arby's. Thanks for taking my order promptly and with a smile! Thank you for having my order ready before I could even sit down. Thank you for making sure it was hot and that I had condiments on my table. You could teach the competition how to run a restaurant during lunch - great job!

My family and I used to all pile into arbys. All 30 of us every Sunday. Then they changed their staff and if that wasn’t bad enough they discontinued the peanut butter milk shakes. Needless to say our family doesn’t go there anymore. You shouldn’t either of you want good service. The days of arbys is over I’m afraid. A new look certainly won’t help the new bad attitudes.

Sad day to be an Arby's patron. Milk shake machine broken like its a McDonald's. Asked for Arby's sauce and got horsey sauce. Almost drove back through the drive through but was already on the interstate. Can we get robots to orders yet?
