Shouldnt make people in drive -thru go to parking lot to wait for food so that the restaurant can scam their own system to think the restaurant is running efficiently! Bad !

Tonight I ordered a French dip and there was no dip in the bag. On my prior visit last week they charged me for a classic roast beef sandwich, but it also wasn't in the bag.

I had a coupon for chicken sandwich meal. I asked if I could get spinach instead of fries. (They had said yes the time before, but too late as I had already ordered.) This time it was a resounding NO. They did not even offer me a chance to pay a bit more for spinach. I don't like fries but do like the sandwich. And spinach is so much healthier. They charge the same for the medium fries and spinach, so ehy not?. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service is sad to me.

As a Regional Manager for a cleaning company, I'm always looking cleanliness of any facility I enter especially to eat ? but I can say I was really impressed to look up at lights, vents, window ledges, etc. and everything was very clean. I observed the team cleaning not just standing around like most fast food places I've visited here in Richmond. Food was also good ?
