Recording greeting says place order when ready. I order 2 items and the person on the headset isn’t listening so l repeat one item. There’s a long pause and then asked to repeat the second item. Meanwhile an employee is smoking by the drive thru and the smoke is blowing into my car. There was no one else in the line but l am asked to go park and wait for my food like it’s a huge inconvenience. If l have to park, might as well go inside. Arby’s used to be known for good service.

This location is 25% more expensive than any other Arby’s I’ve been to. I was shocked to hear my meal was over $15. The menu price for the sandwich was $8+ but $15 for the meal. Wild. Definitely the most expensive Arby’s in the US, with no improvement in food quality to show for it.

The steak and cheese. ? I will not buy it again. Big fish sandwich is my favorite. Milkshakes are great.
Update:Fred the General Manager reached out to me within several hours . He was extremely helpful and quickly offered resolution and remedy. I truly appreciate Fred and his desire to help and see that his customers are satisfied in the quality of service provided.I placed a mobile order for pick up and it wasn't ready at the time stated. Had to wait over 15 minutes and the food was so cold. I ordered 2 turkey sandwiches and the bread was so soggy they fell apart, missing 3 drinks and all sauces for my kids meals (ordered 3) . Reached out to the store and will update if a response is made.
Food at Arby's is pretty good for fast food but it's gotten to be expensive.
