Something tasted very off about the food we got here, especially the fries; it was like the oil was old or contaminated or something. Also, one of our group found a piece of inedible plastic in their food. The management offered us vouchers for free meals in compensation, but, honestly, I'm not inclined to come back; I'd rather use them at a different location, but being that it's Arby's (where for some reason the local Richmond area Arby's are somehow unaffiliated with the brand at large??? idk how that works, but w/e) the choice of where to take them is limited.

I had an amazing meal today. Carole gave me excellent service and helped me with some difficulties that I had with a deal on the app. She was very friendly and even paid for my cookie! Five stars, very friendly staff.
It's fast food so I don't expect a lot. The roast beef was dry and tasted kind of old. However, the service was great and the atmosphere is Arby's

Delicious food and fast service! Ordered a shake after eating our food and the woman who took my order and made the shake was extremely kind! Everything was as ordered, hot, and fantastic! My wife and I love this location!
