I haded a complaint against this Arby's back in 2024 concerning a employee climbing on the counter top where the food was ,spoke with the owner of the restaurant who was extremely nice and wanted to make good concerning the matter. Like I told him it's a hard business to be in and it's hard to find good help now , specially in the restaurant and retail. I had another situation today placed my order and the two ladies working the drive thru standing there talking after taking my money and my food was setting on the counter but they were more concerned about what they were talking about instead of handing me my order, on top of that didn't asked if I wanted any sauce and they gave me the wrong drink, maybe the owner need to have the manager on duty watch the employees more.

Went here for dinner on 11/11/24. The first thing I noticed was the gigantic sign. I think it was the biggest sign on that road. It did not take me long to order, and staff was nice. I ordered classic roast beef combo with curly fried and Dr. Pepper for the drink. The roast beef was packed with meat, it was fresh, bun was soft, and curly fries were hot. I would highly recommend this location. I will definitely go back here when I back in the area to photograph bald eagles.

Pathetic customer service. I stand at the online order location looking right at the employees and it my order was apparently sitting there the whole time. Obviously my money is no good here. I’ll go somewhere else.
