Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered online from the app. Went to pick up. They were not busy. No one acknowledged over 3 people including me for over 10 minutes. Not even eye contact. When I finally pointed out this to an employee, that happened to walk by, she offered no apology or any offer of help. Will not visit again. Plenty of other Arbys in the area, perhaps with better ownership and management.

Went through the drive thru for a mobile order. They forgot the fries. Went back to get them. Found out they fry them in same oil as fish, which makes them taste like fish. I would go to another location.

The gentleman waiting on me was the most polite person I've seen in a long time. It was nice walking in and not having to wait 5 min or more to be waited on. Everybody working seems to have to do everything for the drive thru people and ignore the people who actually walk in to eat.
This is the nicest Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I tell everyone how nice it is. It’s like Arby’s meets Aspen skiing cabin. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is always hot and fresh as well!

THIS IS THE BEST ARBIES IVE EVER BEEN TO. The employees were so friendly. The food, sliders, milk shake ,TASTED AMAZING. MY TASTE BUDS WERE SO HAPPY. Best ARBIES food I’ve ever tasted even though I’ve been to multiple ARBIES locations this is the best.
