We went here for dinner and only one other couple was here. I got the loaded Italian sub. It was good but looked nothing like the picture on the menu and small size. My Son got the rotisserie chicken dinner and it was delicious. The establishment was clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were pleasant and our food came fairly quick.

I don't think I've given 5 stars to but one other restaurant or diner or cafe & that's Extra Billy's for a fabulous spacious & nostalgic interior with a comfy outdoor patio wrap around style for view or privacy & great staff as family owned. Andy Griffith style! Order a small plate if wished and you're happy for $8 but Arby's is only 6 minutes from Extra Billy's and the staff is dandy no matter how hard their day might be. Spend $7 and you'll have plenty of good food. My 2 favorite places to dine!

This is The Best Arby's around. People need to experience this Arby's at least once in their lives. The people are great! The food is delicious!!!
Nothing against this particular restaurant but arbys in general. .. They are too expensive for what you get and extremely disappointing. .. after a few months you think hmmm i would like Arby's 2 sandwiches and a drink later I'm out 15.00 and i remember why it has been a few months

I ordered the Brunswick Chicken Stew and the muffins and a drink. Sorry I didn't have photos. The food stew had its downfall. The potatoes were hard completely not done. The chicken in the stew was delicious. The drink was supposed to be sweet but it wasn't. That's just my opinion. The muffins were delicious.

I get a turkey sandwich there on Thursdays.
I love a hot reubon with curly fries. When I am trying to do chores during a long day. It keeps my energy up and positive.
I love this Arby's in Richmond! Don is great and the managers here too are awesome I can't remember the ones name but cheers to the team here!
I ordered the fish sandwich, it was plain tasting. I'll stick to the chicken.
