This was my first time at this Arby's. I ordered on the app and picked up at the drive thru and everything went smoothly. The Reuben at this location was awesome 👍. They didn't skimp on anything. Hope to return soon.
This location is always busy but while you may wait a few minutes for your meal, the food is always fresh, hot, and service is friendly. The Tvs in the lobby makes your wait less tedious. Bathroom facilities are clean too.

I tried the steak nuggets sandwich. The steak was well seasoned. However but it was overdone and dry. The texture was like pot roast, which I actually liked. There was a lot of mayo, which I also liked. So overall it is just ok. I won't be getting it again.

Extremely long wait in the drive-thru. Nice young lady at the window. Food was not good. Beef & Cheddar tasted strange. It was sloppily made. The curly fry serving was too small for what they cost. Arby's is too expensive to have bad experiences like this.

Chicken sandwich tastes burnt and it was warm not hot. Steak nuggets are not as good as the promote. Had to run back in because they forgot my fries. The lady in front of me was missing a shake and couldn’t get the person who was bagging the food. My husband had to basically use his Authority voice just to get his attention. Please go to a different location hopefully you get better service and food quality.

We went here for dinner and only one other couple was here. I got the loaded Italian sub. It was good but looked nothing like the picture on the menu and small size. My Son got the rotisserie chicken dinner and it was delicious. The establishment was clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were pleasant and our food came fairly quick.

I don't think I've given 5 stars to but one other restaurant or diner or cafe & that's Extra Billy's for a fabulous spacious & nostalgic interior with a comfy outdoor patio wrap around style for view or privacy & great staff as family owned. Andy Griffith style! Order a small plate if wished and you're happy for $8 but Arby's is only 6 minutes from Extra Billy's and the staff is dandy no matter how hard their day might be. Spend $7 and you'll have plenty of good food. My 2 favorite places to dine!
