This location is top knotch. I visited recently and everything is really clean, the food was hot and fresh, and there are really clean nice bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful and overall the best Arby's experience you could ask for. Great job, team! Oh, and if you're not familiar with Richmond VA Arby's- I should mention that the menu includes the traditional offerings plus rotisserie chicken, Brunswick stew, zucchini muffins (don't miss out on these), vegetable side items like summer squash, and market fresh sandwiches.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

We recently rediscovered the great food options, atmosphere, and pricing offered at Arby's. Considering fast food, this seems like a healthier option than most others.Tonight's visit was made very pleasant by the personal care and kindness of Wendy at the register. She ensured we felt welcomed and worked hard to keep the dining area clean and stocked.Other staff members, Tyronna, Brandy, and I think his name was Michael, were also seen hard at work to provide efficient service.This location is kept clean and maintains the classic nostalgic feeling that Arby's is known for, including one of the few remaining original Arby's street signs!Kid-friendliness: They still offer a toy in the kid's meal

No different than any other slack job fast food place around. I ask for a Beef n Cheddar plus a 5 piece of the chicken tenders and what do I see when I get home? A hamburger with curly fries. Idk if the people there just aren't paying attention or were poorly trained but it's sad y'all are getting paid to screw up people's orders this bad because y'all sure don't listen to the customers. Sure managed to get the sauce correct for once though...You can keep your robotic apology btw.

Made an online order, went to pick it up, and was engaged by zero employees while waiting at the counter. No line, just me. The food was ready and bagged up but not under the heat and turned around facing away from the counter. After waiting far too patiently, I grabbed the bag, turned it around and saw my name on it, and left. When I got home, I realized I didn't get the shake, which was not on the counter. Upon opening the au jus container, I found a piece of a napkin in the gravy. So much for Arby's.
