Chicken wings and fries are sooo good! The chicken wings are so tender, literally melt in your mouth and the fries are perfectly seasoned and the queso is everything! Definitely 5 stars

The wings at Asado's are hands-down, the BEST WINGS I ever thought imaginable! They are juicy, plump, and even the sauce make them picturesque. I'm disappointed to see negativity thrown their way, mostly about service. We live in a world of impatience and lack compassion. The waitstaff and bartenders have always been friendly and we've never had a negative experience. Because I worked in the restaurant industry I am most patient and understanding when dining at any restaurant establishment. Occassionally a server/barstaff/cook may have an off night which can lead to a negative review. Asado's has even responded to the negative reviews in hopes to resolve. Communication is key here but folks need to speak up while you're at the establishment vs being passive aggressive. No person is this world is error-free, we are only human. I take the proactive approach so when in need of a drink refill or napkins I simply ask anyone to assist. When my drink is getting low I scoot the glass toward the edge of the table this way my glass is visible to the waitstaff and bartender. There are many spacious booths with high backrests so it makes it difficult to see which drinks are ready for refills. At the end of the day Adado's is a go-to for wings and tacos. To this day I have yet to try the tacos because I'm so hooked on the wings. My boyfriend loves both so much that he can't choose one over the other. This is a laid back environment, budget-friendly and I promise you will not be disappointed! I'm a Richmond native myself.

Went here for lunch and the place was practically empty. The tables were not cleaned, and the service was slow. Food was ok. Ordered boneless wings, fries, and chips and queso. The fries were good, the boneless wings were average. The chips and queso were ok too - though the queso was served in a styrofoam cup instead of an actual bowl, which was a bit weird for a sit-down dine-in experience. Overall, not awful, but not the best meal. (The company made up for the mediocre food.)

Decided to get take out after working 12 hours at the hospital yesterday so I ordered two margaritas to go and a chori pollo taco with wings. I saw a group of people waiting for their take out outside so I figured I'd check in because I placed my order two hours prior. I was greeted by a girl who said rudely to wait in the back of the line. I so I did and ended up getting my food first before everyone else. My taco didn't have any queso on it so it was dry. The margs were good otherwise. Ive been here plenty of times and had good experiences but I was pretty disappointed on the experience yesterday.

Had a great time at Asado. Sat at the bar and destroyed some queso. The frozen strawberry margarita is DELICIOUS. Definitely need to return for more! The chicken quesadilla was pretty large but definitely not my favorite. There's something weird about the chicken. It's edible but I wouldn't order it again. Chicken wings were cool. This place has semi limited seating and will fill up quickly. Luckily there wasn't a wait time this particular day. Can't wait to go back!
I really enjoy coming here when I visit Richmond! I love the buffalo taco! The tacos are actually filling for about $5 a taco. I had the queso with chorizo and it was so good! There is street parking and I also like to check the out the clothing stores next too Asado. I cant wait to come back again soon!

DO NOT GO TO ASADOS ESPECIALLY if Mo is working. He was so rude, and honestly I felt targeted. It felt as if he didn't want to take my order, and it felt very degrading. I would not give Asados any money unless Mo is NOT there. It would be a way better establishment without him. Every other server seems to be WAY nicer to their customers than Mo was, and I noticed he catered to the other end of the bar. Asados (the servers and the cooks) always seem to care more about good customer service and their food is pretty decent. 1 star for the severs and the cooks, -4 stars for Mo.

Definitely the worst thing I’ve attempted to eat in ages. Taco salad came as a salad with potatoes. No taco meat, no resemblance of a taco. Potatoes?! In a taco salad?! It’s ridiculous and offensive to sell as a taco salad.
