Nice little restaurant with very friendly service. However, the food was extremely disappointing. My souvlaki was way overcooked and bone-dry and the rack of lamb (pricey daily special) was requested medium-rare but also came out very well-done. Might try it again since most reviews are good but our first visit was not good.

An old favorite in Richmond. Great for any occasion: romantic dinner for two, to a larger gathering.

We always start with saganaki and marides before our entrees.

There's a specific Greek red wine my husband always orders, unfortunately Athens has been out of it twice recently, thus one star off.

The staff are quite fun, as sometimes our larger gatherings get pretty lively!

I only order out 3x and unfortunately I was sick within a few hours each time. Everything tasted great, I had no know food allergies but think it must be a food allergy as it's very unlikely to have gotten sick 3x. I even wondered if it was a matter of the yogurt going bad during a long delivery.

Great authentic greek food. Definitely try to order a bunch of appetizers to sample. My favorite dish was the little fried fish with the garlic sauce!

Delicious low-key Greek place with cozy ambiance featuring Greek artwork and music. Service was a bit off — slow and sloppy at times. Upon checking in about our wine that hadn’t arrived within 7 minutes, we were poured red instead of the white we ordered. Horiatiki was great but missing salt. Tzatziki arrived perfectly with warm pita. Menu isn’t overwhelmingly big which is always a good sign.

Wow. I am not really a foodie but this place is amazing. Everything had so much flavor and we had left overs to bring home. My husband got the chicken kabob and I got the pork souvlaki. The waitress told us the history of the restaurant and provided great service. What a gem!
