The food was fantastic. Chicken is the best in the south and the waitress was so good and helpful I gave her a big tip cause she deserved it!!

Great service with a very nice Waitress. Coffee was excellent and plentiful. Pancakes as eggs were hot and cooked just right. Price was very fair. All in all would go back again

The food was great, reasonable prices, and the waitress was really fast and friendly. However, the building is in serious need of renovation. The vinyl on the seats was badly ripped, the finish on the tables was rippled and gummy, and the bathrooms had no heat. It was probably a great place to go back in the day, but some serious work is needed to restore it to its former glory.

It's casual, comfy, the food is solid, sometimes really good! The service is friendly and attentive. Parking is easy. They had chicken n waffles before it was hip.

Love Aunt Sarah's! This place gives bothvIHOP and Wallfle House a run for its money. A little run down but the wait staff is always friendly and attentive, the place is clean, and the portions are generous. A definite "eat local" place

The best pancakes and home fried potatoes you'll ever get.

Been going here for years and years. Food is always great. Service is always so friendly. The only reason I won't give five stars is that it's just getting really run-down.

It's a classic example of a blueberry pancake done right and served by a hardworking duo of waitresses this busy Sunday morning. If you need a place to bring your family and your more well behaved friends. Bring em here!

It's a old smell in the lobby and restaurant. But other than that the food was great and the service felt like some good ol' southern hospitality

Stopped by a little after 6am on my way to work . I was promptly greeted as I came through the door by a super friendly and helpful woman . Sorry I didn't catch her name. I placed my order for Big Stuff Omelet with home fries and biscuits. Delicious!!!! Another super friendly woman who works there talked with me while my order was being cooked and I must say I felt like I was with friends. Got to work with my food and wowwww!!!! That

A classic breakfast spot here in RVA. Coming here is always great, the food and home made, the staff is on point and kind, and the atmosphere just gives you that nostalgic, feel-good vibe.
