"Munzer" i believe is how your associate pronounced his name, He was so patient, helpful and kind to me and my little ones as we decided on our order. My family and I love auntie Anne's! But not this one. They used to be decent and accept the rewards and coupons through their app but later stopped just saying they no longer want to take them. The manager and staff at this location are rude (apart from the coupon issue). Never friendly and don't look happy to be there or interact with customers

This store is a great store. If your looking for a quick snack or just food to fill your stomach for a while, this is the place you get it from. The mini hotdogs are what they call “bussing” and the pretzels hit the spot. Greatly recommend, I always go here when I’m with my friends or family even when I’m just strolling through the mall and when wanting a quick snack or food to fill my stomach. They also have a cool reward system like Mcdonald’s, wendy’s, starbucks, ext, which helps you save money when buying food from them. Auntie Anne’s!

We stopped here for a quick snack while we were shopping at the Short Pump Town Center on 2/11/23, the employees first off did not look happy at all to be there, as you can see it on their faces. I ordered a pepperoni pizza pretzel, and once i paid asked them for the marinara sauce that i thought came with it, (the clear sign outside said to try their "Pepperoni pizza pretzel WITH marinara sauce" it didnt say anywhere that it cost extra) and instead of being nice or understanding about it, the older white guy working there, i am assuming is some kind of "manager" was rude about it and told us that they "never had issues with their signage before" after asking them why does it give the impression that it comes with the sauce. When you order breadsticks does'nt it come with sauce? Chicken nuggets? I mean, all that over a 50 cent cup of sauce they could've just gave to me if they had decent customer service, that is. I would've happily paid as well if they were nice about it, but instead, I enjoyed my dry, overcooked pretzel. Sorry for spending my money there and giving you business! Wont happen again!

Auntie Anne's didn't disappoint. I'm a pretzel lover, it is literally my favorite snack and I can't not go to Auntie Anne's when I see it. That cup of butterfly good pretzel gets me every time.I am not adventurous with it though, I just like the plain ones.And, based on the line to get in, I wasn't the only one who felt this way.See you next nice Auntie Anne.

Like its Kings Dominion branch, Auntie Anne's at Short Pump Town Center have the best pretzels, including the cinnamon sugar kind.

Edible. I do enjoy the pretzels BUT they are a pretty penny. Occasionally I will scrape together some money and treat myself but these pretzels hurt the bank.
