I give this spot two thumbs up. The staff was very welcoming and observant. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.
really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, i'll be back.
A novel combination of Duncan Doughnuts and Baskin-Robins. Came here to grab the kids some ice cream. Found the standard quality frozen cow-juice, but was very impressed by the professionalism of the service. La-Ke (as it's spelled on the receipt) definitely knew what he was doing. Facilities were relatively clean for a Sunday evening. Recommend this place for a cold treat or a doughnut.
There was a lady there I don't know her name, but she was very welcoming. I was very happy with the service.
we arrived to find a lady there working...it was her second day. She was the only one there as the other person didn't come in. she didn't even know where spoons where wasnr able to make anything accept coffee. I felt bad for her to have been put in that spot!! Management can't be there to help close it down!!! That is just AWFUL!!
Worst Baskin Robbins EVER. I have gone here three times and each time was terrible. I thought maybe they were having an off day during previous visits. This last visit was the worst. The place was dirty as usual. I ordered a single scoop with hot fudge. Five of their active ice cream tubs were empty (cookie dough, chocolate chip peanut butter, chocolate brownie) or covered in frostbite/ice crystals. No hot fudge. They never have mint chocolate chip even though it's pictured on their board and part of the 31 flavor line-up. My single scoop looked like a pitiful 1/2 scoop. And the guy just looked at me when I asked him why they didn't have hot fudge. I asked for my money back. The one person manning the place was so slow you could have robbed the place, and he wouldn't have known it. There are too many better ice cream places to go to put up with this place.
Really nice place
Not bad
the young man working there, was polite, professional and provided excellent service.
Never go here. Ordered a two scoop sundae. The two scoops were about half of what you would get with a single scoop at any local ice cream shop. Paid $4.50 for about five bites of ice cream. No cherries, no fudge available. Place was deserted, and rightfully so.

Melena ( or something similar to that because I can't remember lol ) was very sweet to me and very professional and helped answer a couple of my questions because I haven't gotten a "fancy" coffee in a while because I usually get the cold brew, which is fantastic in the summer! It's important to mention though that because the cold brew is made in advance, they sometimes run out before the next batch is ready.. If they don't have any, I usually just get an iced something or another.
Uther than waiting for the one employee the ice cream is too old and with no flavor but the employee was so nice
Very disappointed. I ordered my Father's Day cake and the one I picked up is not anything like the one I chose online. It was supposed to be suspenders with a bow tie. I got a collard striped shirt. I don't have time to try and get the right one now. No manager available on Saturday to talk to tomorrow.
This place is the place of “noâ€. Whenever we ask them for a flavor, they don't have it, or at least not “out frontâ€. I asked them for a flavor that she confirmed they had in the back, and she would not pack me a quart of it.
The best icecream I ever had)
