My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years and it never disappoints. It's run by a lovely family who takes great care to keep a fun environment!
The ice cream is delicious, the waffle cones are always fresh, and I think it's the cleanest spot in Richmond. 100% recommend!

I can happily confirm that they still sell the clown ice creams!! I’m so happy and glad I could find them! I honestly expected them not to have any since every picture of the local freezer cases I’ve seen that is less than 4 years old didn’t contain any, but they were very abundant!

This place is absolutely amazing . It’s a certain ice cream that i like that is sold out everywhere and I drove 2 hours to this store to get it . The price was amazing and worth the drive .The owners mom was there and she helped me prepare my icecream for the drive . She told me where to get the dry ice and i had the coolers . She wrapped everything up for me and gave me info on the handling the dry ice . She we way above service and my icecream was frozen solid when I made it home. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back .

Truly the nicest people here. I ordered a last minute birthday ice cream cake for my husband to pick up next day. I know I cut it close with the timing and understood if they weren’t able to accommodate my flavor requests. I was fully expecting to get a standard premade cake from the case on the day of pickup and was totally surprised when they presented my custom cake. They were so sweet and said they wanted to make it happen for my husband’s surprise and I was so touched by the incredible gesture. I can’t recommend this location enough and will be sure to order again whenever I’m back in the area.

The place was pretty empty when I went it and regardless even while still doing their tasks their service was phenomenal! Everyone was respectful and friendly! The atmosphere really makes you feel welcomed!

It's Baskin-Robbins. Hasn't changed and, lord willing, it never will.
Old lady casher talks rudely
Terrible experience. Do not order a custom cake from this location. I was told that I should not have used the website to order (they prefer that you come in to place an order) followed by another complaint about the difficulty writing my custom message because it was too long. I get home to find out that they made the wrong cake! It wasn’t a custom cake at all, just one from their stock on hand.
Ice cream was fine. Nothing to call home about but the bald man wasnt pleasant at all. We showed up 30 min before closing and you would have thought we showed up 5 min after closing based on our interaction with him. Putting all the chairs on the tables and trying to rush us out of the door. Luckily there are plenty more ice cream spots around like gelati celesti that are actually pleasant
Terrible customer service. I asked for a pint of butter finger ice cream. The employee told me I can just grab a quart of vanilla because it is a better deal. Thinking he would mix the butterfinger in the ice cream, I did. This man proceeded to hand me a tiny cup with one “tablespoon scoop” of butterfinger dust and told me to go do it at home. When I asked for more butterfinger for the larger ice cream, I was told it doesn’t matter the size, you only get one scoop. Also while I was there, a door dash driver was picking up an order. They arrived before people were in line. The team served the people in front of the driver even though their order had been placed first. After numerous people were served before them, they told the driver “you need to come back in 15 minutes because it’s not ready.” Common sense tells you that is not how it works. In the short time I was there, the disrespect to customers was unfathomable.
