The woman who was working on May 20 was extremely rude and unprofessional. She treated me with a noticeable lack of respect and courtesy, and her behavior made the experience very unpleasant. I was truly disappointed by the way she spoke to me and handled the situation.

The lady working on March 4th, 2025, working the night shift at 7:35pm is a horrible employee. I asked for the twix ice cream and went to blow my nose and she gave me chocolate and argued with me about the ice cream I actually wanted and has some serious sas for just ice cream.

Overall, I'd say that Baskin-Robbins is a decent option if you're looking for a quick and affordable ice cream fix, but there are definitely better options out there.The service in this location was good, people were very nice and happy to serve you.
