The employees were really nice. They were kind to look up the ingredients in one of the ice cream flavors that read no added sugar. I highly recommend the Icing on the Cake flavor ice cream.

Sometimes you just gotta bypass the bourgie BS and go with the classic. I haven't been here in YEARS, but am so glad we ended up here. To my surprise, there were lots of contemporary creative flavors (mango, pineapple/coconut, beach day), large portions and great prices. The line was basically out the door and the wait was long since they only had one person working this early Friday evening, but it was worth the wait and service was pleasant.

The service here has really gone down hill recently. Young workers that just seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. Very slow and laid back. I was served by Ralph, I hope this review encourages whoever is in charge to train their employees more throughly. I used to really enjoy coming here, I’ve been a customer since 05 and always loved the personable experience with the former owner Alice. Hopefully they are able to bring their standards back up in this establishment.

Came in with my daughter and had a wonderful experience. Staff was so kind, answered her questions, seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everything was clean and even the no -dairy flavor tasted fresh (not true for all ice cream shops!). I was so happy to see that they will not be leaving with all the construction going on. Going to be back soon. Worth a visit!

Paid 7.00 for a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae. It looked like a kids scoop of ice cream. It didnt even fill up the cup. Mint chocolate chip is very popular. The ice cream had ice in it. They have really changed. Poor customer service.

I ordered for a single scoop ice cream and The lady in the store was so hesitant to add a proper scope of ice cream , when I asked her to, she charged me extra. I paid extra for hot fudge and even then she gave me just a quarter of cup..worst experience ever.
