The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portion sizes that left us satisfied. We enjoyed our appetizer the roasted oysters! We decided to order the 14 ounce Dry Aged ribeye with perfectly cooked red potatoes for our main course. The entree was accompanied by a caramelized onion steak sauce. The ambiance was lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Fresh oysters with plenty of variety, excellent service, and a smooth egg white cocktail. Loved the tuna the most! The caviar fettuccine was generous but not my favorite pairing with nutmeg. My bf enjoyed the seafood entrée, a bit salty for me, but I’m not judging since he loved it. Space is a little tight though staff did a great job managing tables. Overall a delicious and worthwhile experience!

Many oyster happy hours are mediocre at best but there's a reason Beaucoup has an early waitlist. I was lucky to snag a single seat at the bar and ordered a happy hour martini and a few oysters. Both were some of the best I've ever had. The martini was *crisp* and the oysters were so flavorful I had to order more. Service was 10/10. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

We had such a wonderful experience here celebrating my dad’s 56th birthday. The food was absolutely amazing, and the oysters were some of the best we’ve had fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service went above and beyond. I mentioned to our server that crème brûlée was my dad’s favorite dessert, even though it wasn’t on the menu, and they surprised him by bringing one out just for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the evening extra special. Truly memorable food, exceptional hospitality, and a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend!

This is THE casual fine dining place in Richmond. I visited Beaucoup for a date night on a whim at the beginning of August. I've been back 2 more times this month because it was that spectacular. 10/10 across the board.
The food is spectacular. I've never liked raw oysters, but I try them on occasion, so I figured why not this cool local oyster bar? Their oysters are sourced from high quality, specific, and named farms. Turns out I do like raw oysters when they're actually good! It's hard to speak on any specific items because of an incredibly current and fresh rotating menu, but their ribeye steak was perfect and well worth the upgrade. Thoughtfully crafted cocktails that change with the seasons, so you'll always have completely unique dining experiences.
The real shining gold star of this place is the staff. Some of the nicest and friendliest people I've ever eaten with. I could have stayed and talked to my server and bartender all night.
I can't recommend this place enough. Except maybe don't go here too often, because I need a table always open for myself.

This is owned by the same group that owns Jardin and I loved them so why not? Beaucoup is an oyster bar with amazing cocktails. We thought we'd have an appetivo sesh and get some oysters and drinks and get dinner later. We definitely caved and stayed for dinner and got more drinks. We started with some oysters from VA Beach that were great. And then had some apps- my husband would be remiss if I didn't mention their bread was excellent. We had their dish of day their couscous which was a tad overpriced. However, I'm in love with their cocktails. Whoever is their bartender should be proud.
